We're so responsible it makes me Ill :) We had never been over here before to drop off, we had gone to a dumping site that lets you get rid of huge items. Old furniture and such. When I got out to "check in" on Yelp I was so excited that I had another 1st! Gotta love that. I wasn't able to get any pics except the sign. This place was a well-oiled machine of disposing our old paint. The card we had only covered 50 pounds, we knew we'd be over that but it was $65 dollars for 65 pounds. We were well rid of it anyway. The paint left behind by the old owners... The men workers were all so sweet and friendly with me, helping check in on Yelp!

I called to see if any of the charities in town could do a pick up, and none could. One was actually refusing all donations due to low staffing. So, I turned to yelp and looked for a service. ReHaul was professional from the get-go. They picked up the items, donated them to charities I preferred and sent me the receipt. They also sent pictures of her room to ensure everything I requested was picked up. The given quote was actually a little under. A solid service when you need it. Thank you, ReHaul for making a tough task easier.

We had lots of old electronic items to discard, from numerous cords/cables to phone equipment to our kids' very old laptops and iPad -- they took it all to be recycled. We even brought along old, broken Rock Band gaming instruments and a broken electronic drum kit and were happy that they took them! All for free! The items they do accept but charge for are TVs (now $45 each) and CRT monitors ($25 each).

Don't toss electronics in the trash--there's a much better option that's easy and responsible. I dropped off an old TV, a VCR, and a pile of outdated cables, and they took everything without any hassle. The process was quick, straightforward, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a small fee for TVs, but it's absolutely worth it knowing those materials are being disposed of properly and not harming the environment. Do the right thing with your e-waste--take it to Intelligent Lifecycle Solutions.

I also reached out to another company, and they were able to get back to me on Saturday and come clean them that same Saturday morning. Because I didn't receive any communication from the first company, I can't really speak to pricing, quality of work, or responsiveness beyond that initial attempt to contact them. I was hoping to try their service, but the lack of follow-up made that impossible. Since I never actually got a response or had any service completed with the first company, I can't say whether I would recommend them or not.
