This is a Veteran owned local family business. Initial went to a box store out of convenience, but…read morethey said it would take 3-4 weeks to get it installed on their advertised 72hr install. Not liking this I asked a family friend who he uses for his rental properties. He recommended these guys and I'm glad he did. I got a quote the next day, and I live way out of town slightly past Spanish Springs. Their prices are better then the box store and they were knowledgeable on what would look good and work best for a rental. Never did they try to up sale which was nice! Next best thing is they showed up when they said they would and did a really good job. Can't even tell anyone was here as there was zero mess. I will be doing business with only this company in the future.

Not sure who's rating this business. I almost didn't go because of the Yelp reviews. Thank god I…read moredid. I went to 7 flooring/carpet stores including Home Depot and lowes. This place is amazing. Not only are they competitive in pricing, they are knowledgeable in there products and help guide you to the right choice for your needs. They came to my home with samples. Helped me pick the right style and beat all the competitors pricing, including Costco. FYI they sell the same flooring as Costco, very good quality material. I just for reference, I stopped by at 11am on a Thursday, they were at my house at 1130 and ready to install the next day. Locally owned and operated. Great people!!!!! Great products!!!!! Great prices!!!!!

We chose Full Circle Flooring based on reviews that indicated that their installation team was top notch. I am happy to say that they lived up to their reputation. From our initial showroom visit through the quote process Cory and Jason were great to work with. Communication was always quick and easy. Their selection of products is great, and after hearing what we were looking for (durable, low maintenance, and pet proof) Cory steered us to the LVP flooring. They have a great selection, so it was easy to find something that we liked. I can't comment on their prices, because we didn't really check against others. After dealing with quite a few contractors over the years, I have decided that a good job is more important than a cheap job. I don't know if I could have found it cheaper elsewhere, but I was happy to stick with a company that I had faith would do the install correctly. The wait for the product was a couple of months (supply chain issues impact everything these days), but once they had the product in, it was easy to schedule the install. James and Raied did the install, and they absolutely lived up to their reputation of doing a good job. It was obvious from the attention to detail that was paid to fix issues with the existing floor during installation, that I was getting that great install job I was looking for. Communication with FCF during the install process (took 4 days) was always quick, easy, and informative. We are very happy with the finished product and will certainly use FCF for our next flooring job.

It's a bit out of the way for me but I like the newest staff member, Erica. Erica has been working with me on selecting a new floor for my downstairs since mold took over the bathroom at Christmas. Pointing out all the pros and cons and colors, I decided on the new LVP flooring- waterproof and a lifetime warranty, and looks like hardwood. I was able to take home four large samples and live with them and move them around to be sure to get the one I could live with forever. Prosource even gave me the names of a couple of installers. They came out quickly, measured and returned a itemized statement of moving furniture and appliances, removing old carpet and tile, and installing new floor and trim. Price seemed very reasonable. I was able to pay half on order and the rest the following month when it came in. Can't wait now as we sent the install for mid May. Thanks Erica for all your knowledge and help.

We didn't ask for a refund, we asked for replacements and were told that that would only happen if we hired an ispector from their list and paid the $350 inspection fees. We agreed to this and began contacting every inspector within a 200 mi radius. I won't bore you with the multiple reasons there are no inspectors within a 200 mi radius, but there aren't. ProSource sympathizes with us that there are no inspectors but not that we are out $2500 for carpets that are unusable.
