I attempted to call an "after hours" number for assistance, only to find out that no such number and name of a service manager was listed. The only number posted is out of N.J and is for owners. I like this place, but they have to do better by their customers and by their own business. Thankfully, the machine started on its own.

I put my clothes in at 10:14 PM to wash for 20 minutes then in the dryer for 30 minutes. By the time my clothes were ready, the doors automatically locked. I've seen another male showing frustration to trying to open the doors by force in which I did not step out of my car just for my safety. I sent a text message to the phone number provided (in which was never even looked at) explaining that my clothes are locked in and expressed my sincere apologies. When I did not get no notification back or even my message being read, I reached out and called that number. A male answered the phone stating a few things.: -" can't you read?" -" they open up at 6:30" (even though the sign say 6 AM) -" where in bed and not on the location, what do you want us to do?" Afterwards abruptly hung up after I inform him I cannot leave my clothes unintended even though I do have to go to work. I avoided on going to his level and didn't try to engage in an argument whatsoever. So I had to reach out to police to have a police report as a paper trail to make sure that I'm not trespassing because I have to sit out here till 6 AM in order to get my uniform out of the dryer. The service was so terrible that I do not wish it upon anyone. It was already a hard day getting off work late doing extra overtime, but the yelling & being very disrespectful had cross the line. This will be the end of supporting local or family businesses from me. The biggest advice: support black owned businesses, and avoid giving my hard earned money to those who mistreat, have the audacity, and a sense of entitlement to downplay customers. We treated them to dinner on Thursday evening. When the waitress was delivering dessert to our table she accidentally tilted the tray and a cup of chocolate ice cream hard shell sauce slid and splashed on my sons blazer sleeve, AND also on the blazer sleeve of his guest. What a mess! However, his guest soon explained that his blazer was Italian handmade, a gift from his mother, and the value $2,000.00. YIKES! Our club promised to replace if needed. I took his custom, Italian blazer to Curry Dry Cleaner first thing Friday morning, 10/27/17. Problem Solved: I delivered the chocolate hard shell sauce stained blazer to Curry Dry Cleaners at 7:30 Friday morning. I explained the entire situation and that our guest was only here for the football weekend. Curry Dry Cleaners examined the blazer and determined fairly quickly that they could remove the stain! Wow, really?!Then they asked if I wanted to pick it up later in the day for our out of town guest! Yes, yes, yes, customer service at its best!!!
