Their automated text system let me know my order was ready Thursday afternoon, but when I came in Friday at 1:45 a different employee informed me my shirt was not there yet, the truck still hadn't arrived that day but was due around 2. I popped back in a half hour later and she said she was still waiting on the truck but if I gave her my name she would call when my last item was ready. Not a problem. Got another automated text at 4:30 that my order was ready so I came back and walked in smiling. She said 'don't come in here cheesing, I told you I would call and I did twice without answer.' I laughed it off and let her know I didn't get any calls, to which she matter-of-factly read me back a phone number that was not mine. I said I was only back because I got a text, and since they are not open Saturday I needed the shirt before close. She did not apologize, rung me up, and I was on my way (while she got to work explaining to the other customer in line that their son's dress shirt was missing). Not a lot of dry cleaners in Savannah, but I'll be giving another one a try.

We treated them to dinner on Thursday evening. When the waitress was delivering dessert to our table she accidentally tilted the tray and a cup of chocolate ice cream hard shell sauce slid and splashed on my sons blazer sleeve, AND also on the blazer sleeve of his guest. What a mess! However, his guest soon explained that his blazer was Italian handmade, a gift from his mother, and the value $2,000.00. YIKES! Our club promised to replace if needed. I took his custom, Italian blazer to Curry Dry Cleaner first thing Friday morning, 10/27/17. Problem Solved: I delivered the chocolate hard shell sauce stained blazer to Curry Dry Cleaners at 7:30 Friday morning. I explained the entire situation and that our guest was only here for the football weekend. Curry Dry Cleaners examined the blazer and determined fairly quickly that they could remove the stain! Wow, really?!Then they asked if I wanted to pick it up later in the day for our out of town guest! Yes, yes, yes, customer service at its best!!! I'm sold on Curry Dry Cleaners and so is our Atlanta friend! Pictures posted say it all! A+ for great dry cleaning, friendly service and going above and beyond!!!

I put my clothes in at 10:14 PM to wash for 20 minutes then in the dryer for 30 minutes. By the time my clothes were ready, the doors automatically locked. I've seen another male showing frustration to trying to open the doors by force in which I did not step out of my car just for my safety. I sent a text message to the phone number provided (in which was never even looked at) explaining that my clothes are locked in and expressed my sincere apologies. When I did not get no notification back or even my message being read, I reached out and called that number. A male answered the phone stating a few things.: -" can't you read?" -" they open up at 6:30" (even though the sign say 6 AM) -" where in bed and not on the location, what do you want us to do?" Afterwards abruptly hung up after I inform him I cannot leave my clothes unintended even though I do have to go to work. I avoided on going to his level and didn't try to engage in an argument whatsoever. So I had to reach out to police to have a police report as a paper trail to make sure that I'm not trespassing because I have to sit out here till 6 AM in order to get my uniform out of the dryer. The service was so terrible that I do not wish it upon anyone. It was already a hard day getting off work late doing extra overtime, but the yelling & being very disrespectful had cross the line. This will be the end of supporting local or family businesses from me. The biggest advice: support black owned businesses, and avoid giving my hard earned money to those who mistreat, have the audacity, and a sense of entitlement to downplay customers. More images are under their Yelp review. (I encourage others to review) As for the owners: Karma does make its way back to those who do wrong. I forgive you personally because I don't want to have hate or any animosity towards another person so may keep my goals within reach to accomplish later this year. My priority is to protect my peace during this transitioning. Your establishment is uncared for, infested, and from staff to owner are a disgrace.

I brought the majority of my business wardrobe (roughly 30 items) to Impressions upon getting a new job, and had several issues. The first time I got my items back, they had a VERY strong mildew odor. I brought them back, and spoke to a local manager who said bring them back for a comp-ed re-do. He said they had a machinery malfunction and water was poured into the machine when it should not have been and that he personally cleaned it out himself and now things would be fine. I told him it was a time sensitive problem because of this new job, I was going on a business trip, so I needed them back quickly. He told me it would only be a couple of days. Upon picking up my clothes again, they still had the mildew smell. I called the manager again, and he said to bring them back for a refund, and to call him when I got back into the store. Not 15 minutes later, I was back in the store, but now the manager was mysteriously unreachable. I spoke to the owner of the franchises (who sits in Richmond Hill) and he said that refunds were not an option in his business. He said the only option was to have the clothes cleaned again. I told him about my business trip as well, and that I literally did not have the available days to allow the clothes to be cleaned and that I do not trust them with my clothing. He told me I had no other options. He was not willing to give me a partial refund (the bill was $92.90) and the manager said that he could not issue a refund either. I spoke to the manager again, and he said because the bill was so large, he only thought it was a few items, that a refund was not allowable. I said to him, "so you're telling me you just ruined 30 items of dry cleaning [side note, total value of the items is over $3000] and that you have no option for me." He basically said back to me that he didn't and that there was nothing he could do. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS WHAT EVER YOU DO IN ANY OF THE LOCATIONS.
