The gas station is cramped, paying inside is slow, and the pumps are finicky. As others have said it's really a lot going on here in such a small space: gas station, convenience store, taco place, lube place, and car wash. It might seem convenient until you realize it can be very difficult to move around if things are busy, or you don't have a small car. The pumps are finicky. I tried to pay with card and it made me go inside. Inside I had to wait several minutes just to hand the cashier a $20 because the line was moving so slow. If you need gas, you need gas. They've really jammed this gas station into too small a space. If you have anything bigger than a midsize, you're going to have some interesting challenges getting into and out of this place. The car wash ripped off my car rack. There is no sign visible saying 'no car racks'. Beware as there us no staff at carwash. The owner was dissmissive, rude and took no interest in addressing issue. Signage at this location is lacking. Staff hung up on me when calling snd dud not appear to understand my English they just would repeat words. read more

Have given this place so many chances over the years. Sure it's a small space and it's always busy so it can be difficult to park. This issues are the pumps and the customer service. When you finally get a pump spot, you're really taking a gamble if that pump will work. Sometimes it won't accept payment and you'll be forced to pay inside. Or sometimes it'll just say "pay inside" without even pushing a button. The employees are never pleasant and always seem frustrated when they have to deal with you. There are so many other gas stations around and I will be visiting some of them from now on. read more

This gas station is like a good looking person with a terrible personality. They have a good store, car wash, decent prices, oil/lube, but everything is a mess with it all! I go as a last resort before getting on I-270. The owners do not like to post information about broken or empty pumps. I have encountered this many times and had to move my car, and have witnessed many other people dealing with the same. Car wash is terrible, but fine to get surface dirt off. It does not clean the rear bumper well. I had to finish drying my car off and some dirt after. I do not have a large car. Lube place--went one time because they did not put the filter on properly and I had oil on my garage floor the next morning. They gave me my money back easily though, and I went to a local mechanic from that point on. read more

There is a food place connected to this gas station and it does NOT smell welcoming. Otherwise this station is cool. The convenience store has lots of junk food...anything you can think of. The cashiers are friendly and always seem to be in a good mood. The gas prices are fair and the pumps aren't super slow like the Germantown location. There is also a carwash but it looks a little janky. I wouldn't use it. Also watch out coming into the station, it's a little awkward if you're coming from the direction of the shopping center. Gas is decently priced but customer service inside the station is utter doodoo. Sure, I don't expect great service at a gas station but I buy cigarettes all the time so I have no choice to get some here while I get gas. The ding dongs behind the counter are rude, can't understand you half the time and makes you question the human race. One guy burped in my face before. Cool. 1 out of 3 times I go in, someone's arguing with one of the clerks. Worst gas station in the area. Please save yourself the hassle and not get the gas at this place. The manager and the cashier were both ruse and clueless. The gas is cheap-quality, and the pump was broken! The pump will not turn off automatically when your tank is filled, instead, what you see is gas coming out from the tank, and leak to your car and the floor. When this info was reported to the manager, he didn't recognize the issue, and tried to cover it up by saying "sometimes it happens.." really? what a shame! read more

I stopped by one morning to pump $26 cash worth of E-85. To my surprise, the pump stopped at 0.69 cents. Naturally I went inside and the guy behind the register told me that they were totally out of E-85. Mind you, there was nothing posted which indicated they were all out nowhere on the property. So I proceeded to pump Regular as he suggested. Low and behold, the pump quit at $25.31. I went inside to tell "Nana" or "Rana" (whatever the middle eastern's name is whom I had been dealing with) to refund me my 0.69 cents or just reset the pump with that amount. He had the nerve to argue with me and claim the pump still had some fuel left over and I had gotten all my $26 worth between both transactions. Even though he was the one who claimed they were totally out a couple minutes before. I was not arguing for the sake of the few cents, but the fact that there was no signage of the station being totally out of E-85. Whatever happened to the customer being right or customer satisfaction? With no signage in sight, there's no telling how many people lose out on their 0.69 cents. All those cents add up in the gas stations favor. He knows exactly what they are doing by not putting out of service signs at these pumps. These people are sneaky, dishonest, and are not hurting for money. If the roles were reversed he probably would've call the police on me. "If you don't have 0.10 cents you can't ride the bus" so why should I make him wealthier? read more

DO NOT use the car wash if you have a hatchback with a rear windshield wiper!! The carwash is so abusive that it ripped the wiper off my car, damaging the hinge and breaking the wiper blade in half. Discovered it after I left the property, and when I returned to file a claim, was treated horribly. Guy behind the counter said his manager left, wouldn't be back until the next monday, and that they wouldn't accept any liability as I had left the property so they couldn't be sure I didn't do the damage myself. Um, my car is 2 weeks old and who exactly would break their own car wiper? Had to fix it all out of my own pocket in the end but encouraging all to steer WAY CLEAR of this carwash! In fact, unless you like getting verbally abused, might be best to avoid this place altogether. read more
