Don't ever do any subcontracted work for this organization. You'll do the work and they won't pay you. Unprofessional.

The line to get in was definitely long, but once we made it through security, it was such a nice surprise that everyone received a bobblehead. That was a huge improvement compared to the Pittsburgh Pirates Mac Miller bobblehead night, where I didn't receive one even with club tickets. The seats in Section 332 were great--easy to access and offered a really good view of the game. Even with the rain delay, the park handled things pretty well overall. The only downside was the ground level area, which got very crowded and a bit difficult to move through, but that's to be expected with weather delays and big crowds. I usually make it to a game about once a week during the summer, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Always a fun time at the ballpark!

PNC Park opened in 2001 and is the home of the Pittsburgh Pirates baseball team. I have attended a couple of Pirates games here (I should attend more!), and I have enjoyed the beautiful views of the Allegheny River and city skyscrapers and not quite as much the losing performance of the Pirates... Most recently my husband's company held a holiday party in the Pittsburgh Baseball Club (PBC/C) Level, an indoor climate-controlled concourse. We had access to three private bars--Wigle Whiskey, Wigle Reserve, and City of Champions Bourbon--as well as concession stands--Il Forno Pizza, Bierbauer's Grill, Tenders Love Chicken, Bridges Burger Company, and a pasta station. The level also included lounge areas, pool tables, etcetera. We enjoyed eating the Rudolph's Spritzer (limoncello, vodka, cranberry juice, and Sprite), cheese and pepperoni pizza, nachos (which came in a cute mini Pirates hat!), chicken and vegan tenders with fries (the vegan tenders actually tasted decent), and sugar and toffee cookies. However, the made-to-order tortellini with vodka sauce and bacon was extremely oily, so we ate little of it. The employees spoke nicely with us, and I got to pose with The Pirate Parrot and the Pirate Pierogi Jalapeño Hannah. This company party also included a brief tour of the stadium. We saw the hallways, field, dugout, and clubhouse (locker room, coaches' offices, training area, etc. but with NO photos or videos allowed).

Two women seated behind us reeked of marijuana the entire show while their kids kicked our seats, hit my children's heads, and sprayed bubble wands on them nonstop. I couldn't find a single usher to help, because there weren't any around. After one of the women spilled water on me, I'd had enough. I went to guest services expecting some kind of help. Instead, I was denied a refund and offered zero compensation. I followed up with management after the fact... still nothing. $400+, four kids, and a completely avoidable nightmare. The lack of staff presence and the complete indifference from guest services is unacceptable. I won't be back.

I've been there many times for many different events including Monster Trucks, live music concerts, WWE Wrestling, and Penguins games of course! There isn't a bad seat in the house! The service is great from ticket takers, ushers, and food and beverage vendors. Never had anything but a good experience with every visit. Prices are high but that's expected when going there. It's definitely a good idea to eat at one of many restaurants nearby the arena beforehand. Also parking is pricey but cheaper lots are available if a longer walk doesn't bother you and your family and friends. Seating can be cramped and uncomfortable for people over 6 feet tall. Very little leg room and seats are a little too close for comfort unless you're in a private suite. Great venue overall. Always have a great time no matter what show you attend. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Let's Go Pens!!

Being inside the stadium where so many big moments happen was already special, but getting to watch the draft from there made it next level. This was my first time inside, and while I still need to come back for a Pittsburgh Steelers game someday, this was an incredible introduction. We were able to sit directly on the field, which felt surreal. Kicking back in the end zone with a local beer in hand while the picks rolled in was one of the coolest sports experiences I've ever had. They also had a Topps trading card tent on the field, and my brother-in-law and I couldn't pass up the chance to rip packs right there on the turf. The stadium itself is beautiful, the atmosphere was electric, and the whole place was packed with energy once the picks started coming in. Decked out in black and yellow, I felt like an honorary yinzer for the day. Truly a bucket-list moment and a memory I'll never forget. If you ever get the chance to experience an event here, take it. Absolute blast.
