Very good, I had the set plate menu and I got the pork ribs as an entree and pastries and an espresso for dessert. Friendly service, comfortable atmosphere. I am visiting Europe from the US and came in for dinner last night with my friends. I ordered the salmon, which was decent but much over priced (are 5.5 euros for a coke). Last night, I woke up at 4am and violently started throwing up. I have been in bed all day with food poisoning, and had not eaten lunch yesterday, only crepes for breakfast, so I am certain that this food poisoning was from this restaurant. I am extremely sick and frustrated as this has entirely ruined my trip and not only did it give me food poisoning, but I payed 30 euros for it. read more

Nice little pub just off of the Champs-Élysées. Serves a good selection of craft beers as well as Guinness and Hoegarrten. They also have a good selection of wines by the glass, including a nice Sancerre. There is a full menu and a pub menu which includes a meat and cheese plate. Seats are comfortable and the service efficient. Most of the staff speaks English. Prices are reasonable for the area. read more

Amazing!! Totally mind blowing authentic French cuisine omg. We came in for a light snack and let me tell you we ended leaving stuffed!! We were seated promptly and given tap water. Our waiter tried his best with English but thankfully for me I understood what he was saying in French as well. We ordered the escargot which was orgasmic!! We should have ordered 12 rather than 6. They were just simply diving: we also ordered the charcuterie board which was massive!!!!! It was definitely meant for 2 or 3 as we could not even finish it all and it was so tasty!! Love the location, ambiance, and friendly service but am appalled with the price increase between when j visited last hear and this. $13.60 euro for a vodka Diet Coke. Ridiculous. We stumbled across this pub as we were soooooo hunger after getting settled in our hotel. It's located near the Arc de Tromphe. The atmosphere is lively with high energy music. My husband had the sirloin steak and said it was delicious. Surely it the spot. The Bacon Cheeseburger was juicy, not fatty. I usually avoid to hang out in what we call touristic places because they are usually just crap but 2 days ago I was near by this café with a colleague of mine and we just needed a break so we went there and OMG.... A Chinese couple was sitting next to a table we were targeting but the guy was deeply asleep probably jet lagged and he had left his Iphone on a chair of "our" table so the Iphone can recharge.... My friends... The waiter just took the head of the guy in his hand and shook it to wake him up as if it was a piece of shit... I was totally shocked especially the Chinese guy was like coming out of nowhere and did not quite realise the entire scene.... I can assure you the waiter wd have never done this to a native French guy or I don' t know to any body else .. that was just wow! Nevertheless we sat wondering where we were and ordered 1 cider and a cup of coffee... 3 minutes later the same waiter brought the cider and a cup of coffee with 1 sugar cube so I said to him do you have some kind of sweetener for my friend ... he brought one sweetener and guess what ... He took back the fucking sugar cube!!! YES! How do you bloody call this behaviour ... it's like the worst stingy jerk waiter you have ever met in a life time.... I cannot believe that the owner does not subscribe to this all... I knew that tourist places were crap but that my friends is far beyond ... please give it back to them and don't go there anymore! read more

Don't get duped into tipping for service at this place. The waiter will tell you that tip is not included and will proceed to add $5 onto the bill for himself if you use your card. Considering the location, the food was not overly priced. If they ask you whether you want the small beer or large beer- the large beer is 16Euro. The Summer salad is perfect for a warm day. read more

The decor is very nice. We were anticipating a good lunch, but we're very disappointed. I ordered the starter and main for 21E, my wife a main and dessert for 21E. They served my starter with my wife's main course. Odd...but ok. Her hamburger was severely undercooked. Then 30 minutes passed. My chicken still had not arrived. Finally after several times asking, a chicken breast arrived with fries and salad. The chicken was overcooked, dry and stringy. My wife's chocolate cake arrived shortly after and it was good. It's 1 am in my hotel room, and I'm still awake because I'm still upset about an interaction with a waiter that I had this evening. I've studied French for about 8 years. Today was my first day of vacation in France, and I was nervous to try to speak French. It's very important to me to be able to grow my confidence since I live in Texas and never have the opportunity to practice. I know I have a heavy American accent and that my grammar isn't the best, but where am I supposed to start? While ordering food after we ordered drinks, I don't know if it's because I didn't understand the menu, whether it was my accent, or the waiter was busy, but the waiter let out a "Tst" sounds and in a voice that sounded inconvenienced cut me off to say "Ok" condescendingly to explain the menu in English. I understand that this restaurant probably has to deal with some of the worst tourists in the world, and I have sympathy for that. However, I was trying my best to not be a tourist. It is important for me on my trip to try and understand the culture and the language, but why would I want to do that if the reaction that I get is inconvenienced, condescending, and rude? I believe that if you are going to work in a customer service industry, then you need to realize that every customer has their own unique story. read more

A TOURIST TRAP. Horrible food and service. THE FOOD WILL SEND YOU TO THE HOSPITAL WITH UPSET STOMACH. I just wanted a soup or mid day snack. I then decided to have the fix menu for Euro 22.00. The chicken was horrible and made me sick. They also charged me for a bottle of water $5,90 which I didn't requested, but I saw that they do that to all of the tourists that walk in while I was there. The place is disgusting dirty, my daughter and I left the entire dish and walk out. Today it's Labor Day in Paris and most restaurants and shops are closed. Don't eat in this place even if it is the only place open in Paris. We stumbled upon this restaurant walking from our hotel, we stop to read the menu outside, a blond smily girl came out to great us, and invite us in, the same blond girl was very nasty when we paid the Euro 50.00 and told her that the food was no fit for human consumption, and that she shouldn't take advantage of tourist and charge for a bottle of water that was never requested. I am not knew in Paris, I come often and it's customary for every restaurant to offer the guest tap water without charging. I don't mind paying any amount for sparkling water. The bill was Euro 44.00 I paid with a Euro 50.00 bill, rather than bring me back my change of 6.00 the waiter came back with another receipt for Euro 6.00 for the tap water that he put on the table. During my 7 day stay in Paris this time this is the only restaurant that has BAD SERVICE, BAD FOOD, AND OVER CHARGE the tourist. read more
