To respond to Micheal P's review- The owner, Jonathan, believes that quality services justify a snarky, arrogant and unpleasant attitude toward customers. Observe his energy -- it will tell you everything you need to know. Game Over Well Micheal, So what's crazy is that the owner Jonathan is actually really nice with his customers and employees. Especially with unhappy people who have nothing better to do then pick a bone with people. And for someone who is "arrogant" and "snarky", did you know that he donates and cleans FREE coats to homeless shelters during Christmas time. Yeah, how's that for an "unpleasant" owner? Also, I've seen in person how rude many customers have been to this SMALL BUSINESS owner, and I would never have the patience this guy has.

Recently picked up cleaning from the "new" place and saw that minor stains on two pairs of pants had not been removed. Asked them to clean both pair again. When I returned several days later, stains were still as visible as when I first took pants in for cleaning. Discussed with owner, herself. She was dismissive and replied, "Oh, well". Did not appreciate that. We had been her loyal customers for three years. Drove over to Madison Cleaners, who remembered us. Explained what happened, and left pants with them. When I returned to pick up pants, they were clean. Will not return to the other place. Highly recommend Madison Cleaners!

Last week, I took in my suits to get cleaned because we have an events. This isn't the first time…read morethey've done something like this, and it's actually the second time. I picked up my suits on Friday and had employees try them on Sunday. They put the wrong pair of pants, and another employee told me. They gave me the wrong pants, which were the wrong color, the wrong fit, and even the wrong size. I checked the suits before taking them to the cleaners, and I'm just very upset with them. The first time this happened, they lost a shirt of mine and had to replace it. Honestly, ever since then, they've never had that issue with me. I've been taking all my stuff to them, and they've been really good. The owner really knows me, but now, being the second time, I don't think I'll ever go back. I don't recommend this place, especially since they lost a suit item that was a lot of money that our employees have to wear on May 23rd. Now, I have to try to fix the situation and see what I can do. Buying and paying out of my pocket and paying for that is not good. So, next time you guys go, please make sure you check your items once you pick them up or check them before dropping them off.

They offered to take it back to "try" to clean it but I didn't trust them to do so. I asked for a refund and their employee recommended I come back to ask for a refund when the owner would return the same evening. I took my dress from them and came back to speak to the owner where I was then YELLED AT and harassed. I was in their store crying, pleading, trying to show them photos but they wouldn't have it. The woman put me on the phone with a male who I can only assume was the other owner who called me a liar multiple times and said that I was trying to scam them! Absolutely HORRIBLE. You should never treat someone like that, EVER. Then on my wedding day, noticed that my connecting bustle attachments were missing.
