I volunteer with different animal rescue groups and so my car was in need of some much needed cleaning. I was so surprised to see how within an hour, nearly all of the fur and dirt were removed. They just finished my black M2. Black is VERY hard to ceramic coat. Every little line, scratch, blemish shows up as if glowing. I visited the guys as they worked. The prep took over 6 hours. 6 hrs of work before putting any ceramic on. That's what you have to do to get AMAZING results like these guys did. I could tell they were proud of their work, the craftsmanship was impeccable. They have my wife white MDX next week and I'll review that seperatly, but my car is amazing - wait, AMAZING in all caps is better. Wow am I impressed. The owner came by and stayed to the end. Yeah, it's expensive, although not as much as PPF, but these guys are absolute pro's. I'll give a follow-up in a few months. But, so far, these guys are the best - sorry - THE BEST!!! read more

First time signing on to the website was a little bit challenging as the app wasn't working on my phone but once everything was installed it was easy to set an appointment and communication throughout the whole experience was excellent. My detailer Chris was very kind and nice and communicative, and showed up on time and was finished in a timely manner. My car looked as good or better than it did when it left the dealership. Grateful I found these guys! I just had my 1996 4runner detailed (crazy right?!) by Chris and am so amazed at the job he did. 30 years of water spots and oxidization and he was able to remove it as well as restore the original shine and finish like new! Christopher did miracle work interior detailing my Suv! I got the Interior Express package and having 2 toddlers I paid a little extra to have the (3yr & 5yr) car seats steam cleaned as well and WOW they all look so fresh and brand new! I took before and after photos so you can see for yourself but he did an AMAZING JOB salvaging my toddler wrecked car! It was easy to book an appointment online and add-on the carseats cleaning. Christopher contacted me when he was on the way, arrived a little later than scheduled but let me know in advance (he came from the other side of the island to be fair so I didn't mind). The mobile service was awesome so I could tend to my kids at home while he was working outside. I had a final inspection of his thorough work, paid via the Washd app and was able to tip online too. if i could give 0 stars I would I wasn't even home and (Tony) I believe the name is of the owner and his employer decided it was a good idea to come up to my car randomly and start filming some content for social media. The man came up to my left front tire with a power drill pretending to work on my tires. I answered the ring since I wasn't home and asked them what they were doing. Even though he was running a little late, he messaged me right away to let me know and was extremely apologetic. It turned out he had stayed longer on the job before mine because the car needed extensive cleaning -- which showed me how thorough he is with every car he works on. I requested a basic interior cleaning for my used car, and the results were far beyond what I expected. My car was a mess inside and he made it look brand new. The quality of service for the price they charge is a steal! I got the basic package and that was enough for me. I just needed a reset & Chris did just that. If you have stains in your chairs that you want removed, I suggest you get the deluxe package.
