Last week on Monday, I had the pleasure of working with their Service Manager, who just went above and beyond, as did the rest of his team. He ensured everything I needed was taken care of, communicated everything upfront, saved me probably $1500 or more by not taking my car to the dealership, and even called me a driver to take me home so I didn't have to wait at the shop. Excellent customer service, above and beyond! As I mentioned, they always do a great job, but this was truly exceptional. Thank you for being a "one-stop shop" for us and just right down the street. You certainly have customers for life in our family!

They got most but missed a few. Some nook and crannies could have had a little more detail but overall turned out nice. They spent an hour and 30 minutes for $215.00. I came in recently to get headlight restoration and because I have a membership it was only $50 and they did a great job! The attention to detail really stood out--every corner, every surface, even the little spots I usually ignore were spotless. My car honestly looked (and smelled) like it had just come off the lot. I cannot tell you how much time you get per quarter since I used the credit card feature. Place is spotless, hard to do considering what its main purpose is. I pre rinsed my truck, soap Washed, foam brush, rinse again then spot free. I'd say total time I spent was maybe 10-15 minutes. My truck was mostly clean, the dirty spots were simply where I missed using the brush. When switching between wash/rinse...ext it was quick. Some places dispense soap for another minute to build the expense, not here. I will definitely be back. Very pleased with what I received for my money compared to a traditional drive through car wash. For comparison, I did the "delux" wash two weeks ago at Buc-ees two weeks ago and it did not get my truck as clean as it is now.
