There were no helpful attendants, just one young woman, for whom you had to ring a bell and then patiently wait for her to appear. There was some pantomime between us as her English wasn't good enough to fluently answer questions about USING THE LAUNDRY MACHINES!!! Argh... I just wanted to know which washer was big enough to handle my heavy runner... Anyway, I loaded a big washer, put in my money and detergent, and waited till it stopped spinning. It was the middle of a Monday afternoon and there were only three other customers. The Jerry Springer Show was blasting on the TV. There were numerous signs saying you had to wear a mask and to wait for your laundry to finish in your car, but no one was paying attention and the attendant was the only one without a mask. This place has a by-the-pound dry cleaning machine, which I'd never seen before. I'll try it out when winter's over and it's time to dry clean sweaters and coats but I think I'll go elsewhere for heavy laundry loads. There is no free dryer use here, like others I've been to.

They have reward card situation but the way it rounds the money always seems to leave me a penny short 7.24 vs 7.25?? I'm assuming it's a way to get you to keep refilling your card. Otherwise I love that you can swipe a card. It holds 25$ but I always get it back.

Their largest machine, an 8 load machine is $10 and if you want a full wash with extra rinse they is an addition $1.50. Which is what I use to wash about a week or two worth of laundry. And the dryers run me $1.50 for the large ones. And I split my laundry into two so that is another $3.50. I justify the cost because of the nice facilities, wifi and air conditioning but I will say that if I find a nice laundry mat and at a lower price, I would try them out. In the meantime, I will keep coming here.
