So on a Friday evening I was at the Delmar Loop Laundry for a second time over three to four years. Surface parking can be challenging. There are a few businesses in the strip including a Mexican restaurant. I found the lot clean as was the walk up to the door. Shockingly they were very busy and the place is huge! However it's all relative as a staff person told me this was not busy. So maybe Friday was a good time. You can bring your own detergent, softener and dryer sheets. However, if you need to purchase they offer machines with supplies. They also offer drink and snack vending. I believe there were also TV's. As well as easy to jump on WiFi with no password required. I found the only staff on premises very friendly and helpful. I needed the helpful part. She turned me onto the Dexter Pay App to pay. It was very easy to use and sends notifications on Washing status if you need to step away. The dry is included. Overall I found it to be a super value for their services. Both of my machines worked flawlessly. Delmar Loop can wash and fold your laundry and charge by the pound. Great experience and would return and recommend.

When I was putting my clothes in the dryer the attendant comes to me being rude opening up the dryers saying " I was only allowed to use 1 dryer since I only use 1 washing machine.". I paid $8.00 to wash my clothes. The attendant goes to say " you must don't have the money to dry". If I had money to wash I have money to dry, plus it's free dry time. It was me and another person washing clothes in the laundromat. It really shouldn't have matter how many dryers I was using. The attendant calls the Manger and he apologized and says you are right it is not a sign posting saying how many dryers you can use. I have never been to any laundromat and been that disrespected. I went to sit in my car to cool down once the Manger left. After the Manger leaves the attendant comes to my car talking more stuff. Why are you evening talking to me anyway. Especially after the Manger spoke to me. So I called the police and waited inside until the police got there. The attendant flips to make me seem in the wrong and like she didn't do anything wrong. The attendant said I won't be allowed back. How rude of you.

Unfortunately, this practice makes me feel devalued so I will not be returning. Korean business have enjoyed tremendous support within urban communities. I believe they should punish bad actors and not everyone who patronize their business; if in fact that is what they are doing!

Walking in, everything was clean and wide open. The racks of clean clothes fill the space behind the service desk. They're neatly arranged and sorted; it looks more like a department store of sorts than cleaners. They're neatly arranged have a small area partitioned off which appears to be a dressing room near a sign that states they offer alterations. The two women, sisters, who work the counter are both extremely friendly and pleasant. My first visit was dropping off a navy wool pea coat that I'd actually never had cleaned, but after spilling a large coffee on myself one day, it was pretty much forced. I've had two white dogs the whole time I've owned this coat, so let's just say it showed . When I picked it up, not only had they gotten all the coffee stains out, it looked better than brand new !!! I'll admit that I was worried about the paying upfront when I dropped off, but it was completely worth every penny!!! I'll be bringing more cleaning here very soon!
