I contacted My Tech Mobile Auto Glass for an estimate on my cracked windshield. Shaun answered…read moreright away and was pleasant, thorough, and able to give me a reasonable quote on the spot. He even scheduled an appointment to come to my home the next day. When he arrived, he noticed that the piece under the A-pillar was cracked, but he found a solution to fix it right then and there with no extra charge. This meant the world to me--I had experienced a really expensive car repair week where it felt like everything was going wrong, so his kindness was a huge relief. His fast, friendly, and efficient service allowed me to travel the next day as planned. Thanks so much to Shaun and his son. You are both deeply appreciated!

NOPE not all, was in perfect condition.. just had tint put on about two months ago and it was perfect. It's not that I don't have glass insurance to get it fixed, it was THEIR (main manager and Teddy with corporate) way of handling the unfortunate situation. No accountability or apologies. Their customer service is horrible. I had to give 1 to post though I wouldn't even give them that

Let's Gooooo! Moving out here from that Dirty South GA back in 2006, I learned quickly that the 'Shade Tree Mechanics' (Mechanics, in the South, that you could trust not to UP*Sale you on basic repairs) were far and few between out West... *Specially after being charged over $800 bucks for a radiator replacement on my Ford Taurus in 2012... Thankfully, a few years later, and a different car, I discovered my Peeps over at The Shop Automotive and have been going to them for replacement parts and repairs ever since. Trudy, Eric, Ian and the rest of the TSA Crew have been taking care of me and my Rides over 10 years, and this week they saved me $100's of Dollars on a brake job for my Daughters car.... **Which reminds me of 1 of my other cars I took to a well-known Vendor (Before meeting the TSA Peeps) for a brake job... That decision cost me over a Grand (just to replace the back pads and turn my rotors)... Needless to say, after all of the OVER charging I've experienced, since moving to AZ, I'm sticking with The Shop Automotive on 20 N Rogers, Mesa, AZ 85201 ~ Trust me, if you are in need of Honest Mechanics, that'll get your 'Ride' right give 'em a call/text today! (602) 214-9632. As a note: They also build and race cars, so I think they know quite a bit about what they are doing.... and then some... Just sayin'!
