It has grown since then into a franchise that by late 2025, has over 260 spots worldwide. We have never been to this one and I found it fascinating and slightly different from the normal carwash I visit (Caliber Car wash). This location was right off the main road (State Street) just to the west of the interstate entrance. It had an easy to navigate layout for newcomers like me. We were new and drove straight up to the window to pay for a basic wash with an undercarriage rinse. It cost about $9. THe staff was very friendly and pleasant and talked me into the undercarriage rinse which I appreciated. Once you are paid you pull around to the entrance and drive onto a conveyor belt. It is nice because unlike other car washes there are screens at the beginning and end to tell you what to do. It looked very clean (it was a car wash) and very high tech. We did not take advantage of the free vacuums but they looked well maintained. If you're near Bristol, it's a very good place for a car wash.

The dryer at the end was very powerful and sufficiently dried the car. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the vacuums were included at no cost! Also, they provide a mat cleaner/beater that worked well in getting our floor mats nice and clean as well. Lastly, they even provide window cleaner and rags fro free so that you can clean your interior windows. We would definitely recommend this car wash!

I saw the guy who pre-washed the hood and wheels pulling trash bags out and showed him my hood and asked if I could run it through again. He denied my request after I licked my finger and showed how it didn't get cleaned. He suggested I mix white vinegar and water and clean it off myself. I ended up going to the self service place across from Ingles and spent $3 more to clean the spots off; and I didn't need vinegar to do it. My issue was that I didn't ask the guy for money back, just showed him the problem and asked for another run-through to solve the issue. Needless to say, they have gotten the last money from me.

But they gave me a warranty on the job, went up there several times during regular business hours but no one was there and now they are supposed to be out of business, but they are still limiting windows. At our service in the fall, we were told that the brakes on our car needed to be fixed, pads and Roters. It was a very expensive job. We scheduled over Christmas. We felt that we needed to get serviced in Bristol so our Warranty would not be in question. Because of the bad weather and being in the hospital, during January we did not drive the 4 Runner very much that month. But the first time I got in the car since the brakes had been worked on, I noticed a terrible noise. I called the next day and was told by the service department I would need to bring it in. In my opinion I was very worried about getting to them. But they would not offer help. My husband made it there with the vehicle. Our appointment was at 10:30 in the morning. However, the vehicle was not touched for three + hours. My husband had notified me that no one would tell him anything about our service. So I called and asked to speak to a manager. I was not given a manager, but the gentleman I spoke with told me that a "rod" was broken. I can't believe he called a lug a rod. He assured me that it would not take very long to fix and he would take care of it without charge. I called my husband and explained what was going on. This had taken way too long considering we had an appointment That morning! I should also mention that this is the fourth time that we have had an appointment with one of our vehicles that we purchased directly from them Then we could not get waited on for hours. That is no way to keep your customers coming back. As my husband was checking out to leave, he told the service person that he was not happy about how long putting in a lug had taken. Considering that THEY left it out or did not tighten it when they put the tire back on during the last work they did. The girl who was waiting on him said, Oh well, life goes on. With or without. This entire situation was uncalled for. Toyota of Bristol service department you are Not Respectable, Reliable or Considerate! In fact you are just not honest!
