Absolute excellence in detailing and customer service. First, I appreciated the timeliness with which Victor responded with a quote compared to others. Next, once on-site, I was astounded by the thoroughness and attention to detail paid by Victor to our cars. He started with "what are your expectations for this service?" and then got to work. He worked hard and efficiently to get our cars into tiptop shape and then asked us to come inspect the results to see if it matched our expectations. I was really impressed with how he approached the whole experience to make sure that we were satisfied and his communication throughout the service was impeccable. I cannot recommend Prestige Auto Detailing enough and will definitely use them again. Also, a couple weeks later, Victor followed up with a phone customer survey (done by him) asking for good and negative feedback. That is very unusual in my experience.
