I saw the guy who pre-washed the hood and wheels pulling trash bags out and showed him my hood and asked if I could run it through again. He denied my request after I licked my finger and showed how it didn't get cleaned. He suggested I mix white vinegar and water and clean it off myself. I ended up going to the self service place across from Ingles and spent $3 more to clean the spots off; and I didn't need vinegar to do it. My issue was that I didn't ask the guy for money back, just showed him the problem and asked for another run-through to solve the issue. Needless to say, they have gotten the last money from me.

It ran fine on the way to their shop and had never had that problem before. It limped home where I first used a small rug shampooer (the "Little Green Machine") to suck as much water out as I could get, then put fans blowing air through the open doors for a couple hours, then actually put a dehumidifier inside the car and ran it all night with the doors closed. In the morning it was finally dried out enough to start and run right. I will never give them a good review because of what they did and the way they handled it.
