There are multiple nozzle types available which is convenient. There is also a small blower for areas like vents and cupholders. The only drawback is the "tip shaming." When you pay you will be prompted to leave a tip while the attendant looks at you with puppy dog eyes. Nobody touches my vehicle or otherwise assists this "automatic" wash, so the tip shaming is not appropriate in my opinion. This deters me from using this wash.

It's probably because they have limited number of slots but if they want people to continue using their service, they need to make sure all of the vacuum stations are functional. Rather than take responsibility, he doubled down and made the whole experience even worse. I've never been treated so disrespectfully by any business.
