They have dedicated tire scrubbers, glass and panel scrubbers, and someone that gets all the dead creatures of the front grill. All of this happens before you even get to enter the car wash!! They offer several levels of wash, full detail services, and some DIY bays in front for if you have stuff that doesn't fit in the wash. Vacuums are available for customers after washing and they offer wipe down rags and cleaner (please don't steal their cleaner bottles, Jesus sees you.) What I really love are their vacuums, they are always working and have great suction. Normally I find the vacuums hit or miss in other places. This is a new place so it's only been here about a year to a year and a half. I usually get the second to the best wash and it seems fine for the types of cars I own. If you do go all out and purchase the best car wash you get a rag to wipe off your dashboard, which is kind of nice. They do offer unlimited car washes per month for about $25 I think. I don't feel I need to wash my car that often so I usually just go every couple months. The lines usually move pretty quickly as well.

This place was stacked when I went there and small wonder why. There are only 4 coin-op bays (but…read moreinexplicably 3 auto bays, which were entirely empty the entire time I was there, while it was a good 12 cars deep on the self-serve side) but you get a ton of time for the money and the sprayers are excellent, maybe the best I've seen at flushing out the lines after you change material. I was able to do most of what I wanted done in one pass around the car, so it is pretty good on the time-saving side. The arrangement of the bushes by the vacuums is a little odd, but not the end of the world. Tons of bottle-necking possibilities in this design, but the actual wash part of it, from the soap on down, is solid. I can't say I would wait for this place ordinarily, but for the actual meat of the experience, it was very good.

I had to wait a while because there were a lot of other customers and everyone was giving their vehicles a thorough cleaning. Either I was doing something wrong or the system was not functioning properly, because every option on the panel caused the hose to spray foam or some other cleaning fluid besides water. I just needed water for a rinse but the only option I found was a low pressure stream. I mean that worked, but it took several minutes. I paid with a credit card and I was charged $2 for about four minutes of time.

I frequent this car wash, not only because it's convenient, but it's because it's the best car wash I have ever been to, in 3 states. It gets my entire vehicle clean, including the back window up under the spoiler on my SUV that 10+ car washes can't seem to reach. I have only used the touchless, so I can't vouch for the "hands on" bays. Not only are the physical aspects of this car wash great, but the customer service is top notch. I had made a mistake and accidentally purchased (but didn't use) the non-touchless bay. I called the number listed on the kiosk, and he was so helpful. He gave me a code to use in the touchless bay, so I hopped over 1 stall and went on to get my vehicle as clean as when I picked it up from the dealer. This place will become a weekly stop for me.
