After several years and a lot of competition in the area, Cliff's is still bringing it! Nobody does the pre-work on your dirty vehicle like Cliff's does. They have dedicated tire scrubbers, glass and panel scrubbers, and someone that gets all the dead creatures of the front grill. All of this happens before you even get to enter the car wash!! They offer several levels of wash, full detail services, and some DIY bays in front for if you have stuff that doesn't fit in the wash. Vacuums are available for customers after washing and they offer wipe down rags and cleaner (please don't steal their cleaner bottles, Jesus sees you.) Local owned and run, a great staff of employees that are friendly, do a good job, and appreciate your service. read more

This was the worst car wash I've ever been to. Went in with a clean car that just needed a rinse, came out with a bunch of scuffs and two small chips in the paint. I have no idea what kind of equipment they're using, but it clearly isn't safe for your vehicle. Completely unacceptable. If you value your car at all, avoid this place. this is no complaint to the actual car wash itself but for the financial department! I was charged $25 on my debit card for a less than 4 minute do it yourself car wash where at first it showed it took out $6 for the car wash which is fine but still odd when right before that I paid the standard $2.75 in cash that gave me a 5 minute car wash but It wasn't a big deal but few days go by & my account shows $24.75 from cliffs car wash...how is that possible when I paid less for a longer car wash seconds before & how are you gonna charge someone $25 for a 4 minute do it yourself car wash??? so I called my bank they said to call them directly which I've now done a dozen times left messages but can't ever get anyone to talk too about the payment so if you wanna wash your car yourself & then pay a ridiculous amount amount for it then cliffs car wash is just that place! what I don't get is why it took out the first payment for $6 & days later changed to $25? that's weird & not right I NEVER wouldve paid that much EVER Esp when I'm doing it mysel! read more

I am amazed at these results! I have had my car detailed at other shops and while it came back cleaner than when I dropped it off, it wasn't clean. The price was so reasonable that I thought it was worth the gamble. My car is 11 years old. I have two kids and a dog. My tan leather interior definitely showed it. I honestly am so thrilled with what Cliff's has accomplished in a few hours! My car looks brand new. The pictures don't do justice. Where has Cliff's car wash been my whole life?! This place is unlike any other carwash I have ever been to! I don't know what Cliff is doing over there, but the service is next level, they are always so happy and eager to help! They pre-wash your car, scrub your tires, and wash your windows. I got the $30 monthly subscription, which is the highest wash, but monthly subscriptions start at $18. The reason I came here is because I heard they don't use actual brushes like most other places do, which put scratches all over my car. Cliff's only uses high pressure water, and it cleans my car just as well without anything actually touching my car. The dryers always dries my car. They also have self serve washes if you don't want to do a monthly subscription. I spent 2 years going to Magic Car Wash across the street, and this is already a hundred times better than anything they do. read more

Washed my truck with their "The Works" wash last evening (9/7/21) at the Roy location. When I got home, I walked around my truck and found the rear bumper, wheels and tires were very dirty. The trim, step bars and driver's door were also dirty and the mirrors were spotted. read more

Are you kidding me? I was visiting town and wanted to freshen up the car for the drive home to Portland. I haven't seen a place like this outside of Los Angeles where they have people hand washing your car as you pass by on the rollers. Cliffs isn't a hand wash but I haven't seen a better car wash that wasn't. Vacuum station with clean towels and window cleaner after your wash. Cliff knows how to roll clean. That's it and that's all. read more

The monthly unlimited express carwash membership is a pretty good deal. Hot wax is only $2 extra. They are open during convenient hours and the staff are nice. When I had a drink stain on the roof, they let me through the wash twice, and one guy even got out a rag to scrub it off. Some of the staff work a little harder in the pre-wash scrub. I tip the weekday staff more because I think they work the hardest. read more

Cliffs is offering free car washes to medical professionals! I thought I would give it a shot, and was amazed at what I got. First a couple people used scrub brushes and washed my wheels/tires. Then they used a high pressure hose and sprayed my car off and scrubbed the entire car. Next two people both had pressure washers and sprayed off the entire car. Then I went through the actual Carwash! When I got to the other side I was pleasantly surprised to find they offer free towels and windex for people to use!! The vacuums worked great and had very powerful suction, as well as the air compressor hoses had great strong airflow!!!! I live in Plain City but with the service offered here I will gladly drive here and get my car cleaned even when things go back to normal and I have to pay! You just don't get this anywhere else!!! Great car wash! I'm new to the area so I decided to try this car wash out. I wasn't disappointed. There was two lines going which indicated to me, others must like this place. The line went fast and efficiently. Everyone working was focused and motivated which I really appreciated. Both the cashier and the young lady at the end were extremely pleasant and helpful. Cliff's is GREAT! The attendants prep your vehicle before you enter the tunnel wash by soaping up your vehicle, scrubbing it with soft bristle brushes and then spray the soap off. They also scrub your wheels, all before entering the wash. The tunnel wash has never left me unsatisfied with how clean my vehicle was at the end. Cliff's also provides towels, glass cleaner, and vacuum free for customers to use after the wash. The attendants are always smiling and asking if you need any help. Highly recommended! read more
