I just picked up my car after having it detailed. I said," you don't have to wash it or clean the glove box or trunk." it really was a mess. It's been my extended office, grandkid transport, and dog shuttle for five years. When I saw it, I was totally blown away!! It looked BETTER than when I bought it. Carpet, seats steam cleaned. glove box, center console - spotless! They exceeded all expectations. And even though I said not to worry about the trunk or glovebox, they cleaned it anyway! And washed it and fixed a funky bumper!! No extra charge. The owner is personable and a delight. He enjoyed pointing out the meticulous work his crew does-sharing the credit and giving them props. Both times I went here, I drive away with something wrong with my car. The first time, over a year ago, I drove away while my car was still drying. It being humid in there, I rolled all the windows down a bit. When trying to roll them back up, I noticed that the panel for the windows was malfunctioning. I thought it was just a coincidence but it's super odd that stopped working the second I pulled away. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I went a second time about a year later and another issue arose. I had my engine detailed and when I drove away it stalled and the engine light came on. Mind you I I've had my car maintained properly and looked at at the mechanics at least once a year. The owner convinced me that it was just a coincidence which is very odd because it was an electrical problem which makes me think they got something wet in the engine that wasn't supposed to get wet. I had to pay $300 to have my car towed to a dealership to be fixed and I'm now finally paying to have my control panel for my windows fixed for $400. The owner of this business never offered me even a partial refund for something that seemed to be their fault. They just talked me down for an hour about it. Very frustrating that I'm still paying for things getting soaked in my car that shouldn't have been. They have cost me so much money :( read more

INSANELY good service. My car interior was absolutely plastered in 3 years worth of dog hair and dirt. I'm talking soda spills, popcorn under the seats, mystery stains on the ceiling, and every smudge you can imagine on the windows. When I got my 2011 Mazda back it looked brand new! They got all the hair, stains, smudges, and dirt! ALL OF IT! And they were so kind and seemed genuinely happy that I was happy. They also hand washed the exterior of my car and even cleaned the headlights. I didn't even know my car was so colorful and vibrant and smooth to the touch. I think it was the owner that cleaned my vehicle. His name was Matt or Mark? I can't remember. I was too excited to hear anything they were saying. Emily was so helpful checking in and out as well. I paid for the express service and my car didn't look like it got washed at all. The interior was vacuumed but everything that was wiped down felt oily and windows had a lot of overspray, so I had to clean those up too. The whole job took 20 minutes so I wondered what was up.
