They pretty much did the same thing I could have done, and I am so unhappy with how they left. They were unprofessional and I'm gonna make sure others know to never contact this place. The rest of the afternoon I had to take a rag and clean up what they didn't. And that's considering the fact they had TWO people show up, and neither one of them had the initiative to do a good job to begin with.

The service is always phenomenal, if I ever have an issue, somebody gets back to me the following business day if it's not during business hours and sometimes even business hours but out of 22 years, I've only had two and they have been very minor. The touchless car wash works great and has recently been updated, the service is absolutely phenomenal, I mean bar none. The value for the money exceeds my expectations. The fact that they have real people there giving a real experience, with a smile, pre-washing your vehicle, who could ask for better? I absolutely love all the employees, they always treat me well, with respect, they always have a smile on their face and make sure that I walk away happy. The vacuums are better than any in the area. You can tell that the owners really care about their customers & employees!!
