The service is always phenomenal, if I ever have an issue, somebody gets back to me the following business day if it's not during business hours and sometimes even business hours but out of 22 years, I've only had two and they have been very minor. The touchless car wash works great and has recently been updated, the service is absolutely phenomenal, I mean bar none. The value for the money exceeds my expectations. The fact that they have real people there giving a real experience, with a smile, pre-washing your vehicle, who could ask for better? I absolutely love all the employees, they always treat me well, with respect, they always have a smile on their face and make sure that I walk away happy. The vacuums are better than any in the area. They have dedicated tire scrubbers, glass and panel scrubbers, and someone that gets all the dead creatures of the front grill. All of this happens before you even get to enter the car wash!! They offer several levels of wash, full detail services, and some DIY bays in front for if you have stuff that doesn't fit in the wash. Vacuums are available for customers after washing and they offer wipe down rags and cleaner (please don't steal their cleaner bottles, Jesus sees you.) Local owned and run, a great staff of employees that are friendly, do a good job, and appreciate your service.

Either I was doing something wrong or the system was not functioning properly, because every option on the panel caused the hose to spray foam or some other cleaning fluid besides water. I just needed water for a rinse but the only option I found was a low pressure stream. I mean that worked, but it took several minutes. I paid with a credit card and I was charged $2 for about four minutes of time.
