Where is Jake's integrity? He didn't repair my Chevy Cruise in a timely manner either and when I came to pick it up, the front bumper was loose and was missing the driver side mirror so I refused to pick up my car. He reordered the two parts and a month later my car was finally completed. Jake never requested an extension from The State Of Utah Risk Management for another months rental car fee! Jake told me to keep the rental while he reordered the two parts. I have done business with Beckstrom prior when his parents owned the company. They were great! But Jake is not! I will never do business with Beckstrom again and would advise others beware! I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Very happy. They took extra care of me. When the work was done, the boss/owner put my car on a OBD2 scanner providing me a very helpful evaluation and advice that will keep my old car on the road. This truck has been well taken care of, with only 120,000 miles on it. It has always had a dash mat on for years. They destroyed my dash, never said a word about it, covered the damage back up with the dash mat and refused to fix it or provide compensation because it "is an old truck." The age of the truck is irrelevant. The fact is that there was nothing wrong with the dash, and now it has pressure cracks and a corner chunk missing. The tech who worked on my truck denied doing the damage and told me they believed their tech. They supposedly took before pictures, but they are with the dash mat on. DO NOT take your vehicle here; they will damage it, call you a liar, and take no responsibility for the damage.

I recently bought the Leer 100XR topper from Sam T Evan's in Ogden Utah. 1st rain storm 2 weeks ago…read moreI saw water dripping in both front right and left corners from the carpet. I was really disappointing after paying out $3,500. I took it down to the dealer and they scheduled me for a leak test. On the day of the leak test I stood by and watched the young men. Their conclusion was that water is getting in at both rear right and left sides of the topper door latch areas and creeping down along the carpeted edges to the front corners. And in the kids words, "I will have to cut out all this carpet back here on the corners and it'll probably look like shit." I did not accept that answer or the 2 young men's finding. I directed them to put there hose on the front drivers side top corner area and side window of the topper to see if the intensity of the water drip would increase. It did increase so they lifted up the topper and packed a small amount of putty in the corners and set it back down and called it fixed. I was not at all impressed with their findings and or repair. I agreed to leave it at that. Wasn't worth my time to push for more leak testing and accept the comment, "Well that should do it and if not just bring it back," as I could see the lack of experience. Today (04/27/2024) we are experiencing more rain storms here in Utah and the topper continues to leak as indicated earlier. I do not believe these kids working at the Leer dealership are capable or experienced enough find leaks and or make repairs (Being brand new it should leak at all !!) With todays rain I went out with a flash light and paper towels and found that the water is leaking in through the lower perimeter and sides of the front window. My paper towel would also become damp when tamping it around the side windows. I am very disappointed with my purchase and am experiencing buyers remorse. I would expect to have talented and experienced personnel to make the repairs or have some kind of monetary compensation so I can make the repairs myself or seek out someone who can. The YouTube videos I have found on the quality of Leer toppers says it all. Found several videos with hundreds of negative comments with the quality of Leer toppers. If I knew then what I know now about the quality of Leer toppers......All I can do now is to share my experience. Leer toppers look nice but they are garbage.
