    The cancellation experience with this membership has been unacceptable. I was never provided any…read morewritten policy or asked to sign terms when enrolling, yet I was denied a credit and forced to follow rules I never agreed to. That is not ethical business practice. To make matters worse, the customer service agents were unprofessional and lacked basic knowledge. Instead of helping, they made the process more frustrating and showed zero willingness to assist. I paid for a service I did not receive and was treated poorly when I tried to resolve it. I will never use this car wash again and would not recommend them to anyone. Businesses should value integrity and customers -- sadly, this one does not. Funny how we get response from a manager yet when you call to speak with one they are NEVER available. My response to my review as follows: I see your response, but let's be honest -- this experience highlights a lack of transparency and customer-first ethics. When signing up, there was no clear explanation of the cancellation requirements. My card was charged immediately, yet when I attempted to cancel before the new billing period even began, suddenly there's a list of hidden policies. If a customer does not use the service and cancels ahead of the renewal date, there is no ethical justification for keeping their money. Policies should protect consumers, not trap them. To make matters worse, your phone agents were unprofessional, rude, and offered no real assistance. That speaks volumes about how your company views customers once you've collected their payment. I have already disputed the charge, and I will never use this business again. A service that relies on unclear terms, poor communication, and dismissive customer service to retain revenue will never earn long-term loyalty -- only mistrust. Hopefully this feedback encourages you to focus less on hiding behind fine print and more on fair, honest treatment of customers.
