I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost.

I paid in good faith assuming the job was done. Upon inspection I realized the quality was absolutely not the standard it should have been. The "company policy" is no refunds - but they have zero problem charging full price for admittedly, a "half job". I wouldn't feel comfortable ever working with a company who has these types of standards moving forward and I think it's important others know what they can expect, too.
