I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost.

After looking at a couple options I went with King Mobile. Their prices were $50-$100 more affordable than most places and they came to me. When having to reschedule they were cool about it and trusted me to keep it without having to charge a deposit that they had mentioned. When finding sitting water near my spare tire that they weren't expecting along with mold they found they said they had to charge me more but only charged $10 more and were very openly communicating that with me while detailing. Very happy with them overall.

The tech initially moved the appt back 30 minutes - then 3 minutes prior to that time, moved it a second time. As a result of this, they finished the job in the dark. I paid in good faith assuming the job was done. Upon inspection I realized the quality was absolutely not the standard it should have been. The "company policy" is no refunds - but they have zero problem charging full price for admittedly, a "half job". I wouldn't feel comfortable ever working with a company who has these types of standards moving forward and I think it's important others know what they can expect, too.
