I spoke with Cara in the office and from my first communication to my last with Mike today, I was absolutely blown away by how professional, knowledgeable and kind this company was! Even though I called about 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close, they told me to bring my vehicle in that evening! I went home that night with an estimate to send to UTA. Once I received approval from UTA (don't get me started on THAT headache), Anderson's was able to schedule me for about 3 weeks out. Shortly after, they called me to let me know they would be able to squeeze me in a little earlier than that! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and unfortunately, there was more damage found once they removed my bumper. They were hoping to have the car returned to me by that Friday, but because they had to order more parts, it took a little bit longer than they anticipated. Mike AND Cara communicated with me every step of the way! When I picked up my car, it was beautiful again! They did such a fantastic job, you would never guess that my Atlas had been hit by a bus! Their prices were also reasonable....enough so that UTA didn't put up a fuss with the estimate OR with the additional costs! You know it's good if you recommend it to your mom and I told my mom ALL about them! If you live in West Haven or even if you don't, Anderson Auto Body and Paint is the place for auto body work!

This was during the pandemic, so I'm sure things did not go a quickly as normal (what has?). So... it took a long time, but I was not in a hurry. The results of the rechroming are phenomenal to say the least. Honestly, looking at the results hurts. It is so bright and beautiful. The parts came back wrapped in many layers of thin foam stuff - very well protected! The price seemed to be in line with what I expected - kind of expensive, but as they way - "you get what you pay for" which is certainly the case here. The parts I sent were somewhat pitted, but you sure cant tell it now. In a word "WOW"!

My cousin told me about this old chrome shop in Ogden, Utah that also sells refurbished bumpers. I decided to give them a call and get a price. To my surprise, the price they quoted me was 25% less than anybody else I had talked to. I drove up the next day to pick up the bumper. When I arrived, they had my refurbished bumper ready to go. They also supplied me with a list of qualified body shops to have it installed. The icing on the cake was when I received a "Thank You" card in the mail a few weeks after buying the bumper.

He even received a discount when he went in to pay. I had a situation where my husband hit the side of our mailbox and garage, and we needed to have repairs done. My son dropped it off, and the bid was for two separate services. He was told that if we had both repairs done at the same time, it would cost less. The phrase was "a little wiggle room on price." Today, I went to pick up the car and the cost was full amount even though there were two bids. On top of that, there was a 3% fee for using a credit card. I am sorry to share that this is not the best review. I always used Cory but I was disappointed this time I used Kelby. There are many repair companies out there and obviously, I will be looking elsewhere.
