If I could leave zero stars, I would. NO professionalism at all. Had them come to my home to clean…read moremy engine. After no more than 10 minutes, they were done. All they did was spray down the engine with water, threw a liquid in there, and barely scrubbed. I asked why there was still left over grease/oil that had been accumulated, and I was told "we don't do deep cleaning".. what??? They pretty much did the same thing I could have done, and I am so unhappy with how they left. They were unprofessional and I'm gonna make sure others know to never contact this place. The rest of the afternoon I had to take a rag and clean up what they didn't. And that's considering the fact they had TWO people show up, and neither one of them had the initiative to do a good job to begin with.

Hands down the best detailer I have ever worked with! I own a small used car dealership in Layton…read moreand spent a long time detailing my own cars and had a very high standard for quality. Eventually I became too busy with other stuff and needed to find a place that could detail my vehicles for me. I started working with Steve because I liked the idea of having somebody come to me to do the detailing, and I've been extremely happy with how detailed his work is. Steve brings all of the equipment that he needs to wash, steam clean, wax, and detail the exterior and interior of your car. At competitive pricing and the mobile convenience, working with Hampton's Mobile Detailing is a no brainer!

I was hoping they would be honest about it and handle it the right way, because I know mistakes happen, however, they are lying to their insurance company and saying they didnt do it. I am disgusted by this company and would NEVER let them touch my car again!

Amazing dealership, if you can really call it a true dealership. I recently sold my daily driver…read moreand was in the market for a car. I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.
