I spoke with Cara in the office and from my first communication to my last with Mike today, I was absolutely blown away by how professional, knowledgeable and kind this company was! Even though I called about 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close, they told me to bring my vehicle in that evening! I went home that night with an estimate to send to UTA. Once I received approval from UTA (don't get me started on THAT headache), Anderson's was able to schedule me for about 3 weeks out. Shortly after, they called me to let me know they would be able to squeeze me in a little earlier than that! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and unfortunately, there was more damage found once they removed my bumper. They were hoping to have the car returned to me by that Friday, but because they had to order more parts, it took a little bit longer than they anticipated. Mike AND Cara communicated with me every step of the way! When I picked up my car, it was beautiful again! They did such a fantastic job, you would never guess that my Atlas had been hit by a bus! Their prices were also reasonable....enough so that UTA didn't put up a fuss with the estimate OR with the additional costs! You know it's good if you recommend it to your mom and I told my mom ALL about them! If you live in West Haven or even if you don't, Anderson Auto Body and Paint is the place for auto body work!

In our way…read morehere late afternoon yesterday, about 30 miles south of here, we heard a tapping/clicking noise coming from the front right tire area. Before we could pull off, we then heard a giant clunk and noise quieted down but didn't stop. Pulled over and found a giant hole in the front right fender (plastic directly in front of the tire). Found a local mechanic that was still open. He zip-tied things down (I mistakenly thought he only used one...) in a few minutes. There was a language barrier so I wanted to make sure I had it checked out by a highly reputable shop after we got into Layton. Found Shadetree and Ryan helped us out, inspecting the work. Said everything is good to go until we get home (about 1500 miles from now), even with potential rain. "Best possible outcome" he said and wouldn't accept any payment for his time down on the ground and talking with me. Wouldn't even accept beer money for his crew. Thank you, Ryan! The peace of mind you've given me and my family while on our vacation is so incredibly valuable.

They got me in very quickly (I had a quote somewhere else and they were weeks out and more expensive on the work), they communicated throughout the process, and did a great job. They are incredibly helpful with the insurance company liaison aspect of repairs and even offered to help me with the rental car process too. It's SUPER convenient that you can text the phone number, which makes working with them even easier. I hope I don't need to have body work again, but if I do I'm definitely coming back. Watching velocity network, Dave Kindin with his magical vehicle transformation, made me wonder if the plater used by his staff was really a work of art or just an imitator of chrome plating. I sent a dull, dingy bumper from my 1968 Chevelle SS 396 from the east coast across to Ogden Chrome. The care, professionalism and quality that the bumper received was unmatched by the competition.
