My favorite feature is the tire scrubber, it does a great job on the sidewalls of your rubber. It appears you can save pretty considerably by becoming a member but this location isn't really near my house. Vacuums are free and work well. There are multiple nozzle types available which is convenient. There is also a small blower for areas like vents and cupholders. The only drawback is the "tip shaming." When you pay you will be prompted to leave a tip while the attendant looks at you with puppy dog eyes. Nobody touches my vehicle or otherwise assists this "automatic" wash, so the tip shaming is not appropriate in my opinion. This deters me from using this wash.

It's probably because they have limited number of slots but if they want people to continue using their service, they need to make sure all of the vacuum stations are functional. They seem to do upgrades and maintenance on the car wash but I don't notice much improvement. I like this place because of its proximity to my house. I hope I don't have to cancel my subscriptions and had to drive to Clinton just because of little annoying things that can be fixed easily.

My tires WERE NOT SHINY, so I know they didn't clean them. How disappointing to pay to have a service done, tip them, then NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!! Even though there are better places I keep coming here hoping things have improved and because there's usually never a line here... for obvious reasons. This morning was my last straw. The bays were all filthy covered in mud and dry-wall residue. I tried the high pressure wash but barely any soap or water pressure came through the gun so I was left with my only option to rinse it off and go somewhere else.
