Tangerine beef alive and in the flesh.
    Kevin G.

Be careful what you order here. Some stuff is a 10 and some is a 2. The best stuff here hands down is the Tangerine Beef, Tangerine chicken. Those dishes are unique to this place and should be at the top of your list for things you'd order. The lighter breading almost like a coating, it's crispy and different than that standard Chinese breading where it's puffy and there's like one tiny piece of chicken in the middle of a huge breaded mess. Most Chinese places are the same. The above mentioned dishes are the exception. Now that that's out of the way... All the Thai food is exceptional so you can't go wrong with their Thai menu items as they're a Thai restaurant first and a Chinese place second. Their fried rice is wonderful. Egg rolls are meh. And the standard dishes like sweet and sour chicken or lo mein etc are like the same as everywhere else. GET THE TANGERINE BEEF!!!! Their Panang Curry, Green Curry, Thom Kah soup etc. All 10's. My favorite Thai place hands down. But I'm a sucker for their Tangerine beef. Probably here 3-4x a week for that. Just saying.

Another reasonably sized lunch - Mandarin Chicken lunch special . Time to dig in!

I enjoyed all the flavors on my plate, but most of all, I enjoyed that I could finish everything on my plate: General Tso's, ham fried rice, egg roll (love the thin wrapper) and hot & sour soup. Soda included in the $8.50 lunch special price. Was in a hurry so asked for check with food and was obliged. Not crowded, plenty of parking, good service. Definitely returning.

No egg roll. No so jumbo shrimp upgrade

I have to give this place a bad review this needs to be said. Ordered a dinner combination tonight to pick up, sweet and sour pork and egg drop soup and asked my shrimp to be upgraded to the jumbo at a price of $ 1.60 each. Get there and they have a sign on the door that says no public restroom available. WTF I have understand take out only no sit down eating have no restroom, but a sit down restaurant NO. I get home I have no egg roll no hot mustard and no soy sauce and no fortune cookies. I also have no napkins or silverware to eat my food. The 1st thing I notice is the portion size. It's small for the price and my jumbo shrimp are NOT so jumbo. The food is cold and the ham fried rice is just ok. Dont have much flavor in the pork way soggy and not crispy at all and the pineapple has no flavor at all along with all the veggies. Let's get to the worst ever, the egg drop soup or so that is what they are calling it. Its chicken noodle with egg soup. The damn chicken is so over powering that it taste just like chicken soup OMG YUCK not what I order and it not traditionally made that way either. I wanted to go to Imperial dragon but they are in the middle of a move so I had to try this place out. Big mistake should have went for something else. NOT COMING BACK EVER AGAIN. NO I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

My boyfriend and I both love Thai, but had yet to taste any places worthy of a review. On our drive up from the airport to Ogden we got hungry, decided to try this one, and we had such a great experience ! Walked in to a spotless restaurant and it was completely empty but it was really relaxed and comfortable. Food was delicious. Pretty authentic and very flavorful. They have a super spicy Chile that really gives the food an extra kick. Will definitely be back for the Pad See Ew!

What a little gem. Food was amazing and the service was top notch. This was our first visit and won't be our last

Sweet & sour chicken lunch combo

My cousin & I just had lunch here & I must stay that my skepticism was put to rest immediately as we walked in. The cleanliness of the restaurant put my mind at ease. The waitress was very courteous. We placed our lunch orders and we're very pleased with our dishes and the portions were just right. Will definitely be returning. The sweet & sour chicken and fried rice were exactly as I like it & my cousin said her massaman curry was excellent.

Pad Thai with no nuts, peppers, or limes. This is not they way we ordered it.

First, if you have never tried Thai food, then this will taste good. Maybe great. However, if you have had real Thai food, this won't taste very good. The sticky rice was soggy (over-cooked). Even my 9 year old daughter could taste the difference. The pad Thai was only fried noodles. We asked for the bean sprouts on the side, instead they choose not to give us any. But in addition they left off the nuts, peppers, and limes. The egg was not mixed in with the noodles, but placed on the bottom, as if added separately. I'll be honest, we only came here because Five Star (another restaurant) was closed.

Beef Pad Thai, General Tso , sweet and sour chicken, crab wontons. Ba mee and crunchy chicken chow mein. Not worth it's stars. It was a ghost town in there and the food tasted very bland. I needed to put salt in my egg drop soup which isn't a good thing. Clean spot, cute family environment. Our server was great just wasn't as good as I thought it would be.

Everything tastes the same. The Thai food tastes like the Chinese food. Just awful, I hate this place.

This is one of my favorite places in northern Utah. I haven't had anything I didn't like. I highly suggest Thai 13, 20, and 36.

You get the fried outside (like a pie), the creamy cheese inside (like cheesecake), then the sweet and sour sauce is like the sugary icing on the cake! So that was the reason for my most recent visit, as I was completing a steak dinner after the fact. And I have to say; it was all delicious! This restaurant has the best price on this item which includes two sweet and sour sauce small cups and a gratuitous fortune cookie. See my fortune in the photos. It's actually one of my most favorite sayings;+) Strange synchronicity there.... I will say the cheese wontons were stuffed with cream cheese to the point I had one lying low belly side up in the red river sweet and salty flo cup :+) ....alas, they were alll fried to perfection with excellent texture and portion size per each. Wondering if this restaurant carries hot mustard? I've requested it during takeout orders but never received any. Anyways, hot mustard and wontons go well together in a dinner (not dessert) form. My palate loves trying new and spicy things! Point being, wontons are very versatile so have some fun and good food that won't break the bank!
