I had an issue with my windows not going down so I asked him to check it. He charged me for looking at it and told me he changed some fuses. I didn't have the money to get it fixed so he gave me a copy of what the bill was. It was almost 600 dollars. I took the car to a relative and he took the little panel off where the power buttons are and asked why is this unplugged I told him Joe must have left it like that, so he plugged them together then turned my car on and what do you know ALL the power windows went down. I had also brought my car to him with a screw in my tire and I asked him if he could plug it. Well he called me back and said that the tire was no good and of course he had one for just over 100 dollars, so I paid it. Well I recently got a flat and for the heck of it I asked the repair guy at Ryder tire in West Warwick if he would see if the tire in my trunk that Joe said was no good could be used? Well what do you know the tire was fine and I have been using it for over 2 months now. I also went back and looked at some of the bills that I have from Joe and things are not adding up!!! What a surprise. I don't know how that man sleeps at night. I left him a message but of course I got no reply. They removed all the rusted out part and welded a new piece to the frame in one day! Oscar was my welder and he was extremely knowledgeable as to what needed to be done and very pleasant to work with. I left my car on a Thursday afternoon, it was ready Friday afternoon. Carlos was a super nice guy and the most respectful person. I was extremely impressed with his enthusiasm for the job and his hard work.
