The men were very efficient worked very fast and I wasn't there long at all. They are very by the books, which is what I like. And I got my car inspected pretty quickly with no problems no issues and I'm good to go. I did have something over my plate that apparently was covering the part that says ocean state so if that happens, they do make you remove it and I believe they charged me to remove that. That's the only thing that was a little annoying because if you charged me for that, I could've just removed it myself- but I won't drop a star or anything for that because I simply believe that the service was just immaculate. But otherwise I would recommend this place you're in and out even if there's a line.

Dropped the car off, but before I left, Sully had already suspected that the issue wasn't a tire thing, but a drive shaft/U-joint issue, which was confirmed shortly thereafter. Figured that it would be both a fix that would take a long time and cost me an arm and a leg... but Sully quoted me a surprisingly reasonable price, AND had the parts ordered and replaced on the vehicle by the end of the day on Thursday, the day after I dropped it off. Said this before, and I'll say it again - for superb workmanship, fair pricing, and superior service, there is NO BETTER SHOP in the area than Sully's Auto Care. This has been my go-to shop for the last three years, and I am profoundly thankful and exceedingly happy that I found them.

I have a…read more2010 Mercury Milan that had an unresolved electrical problem as well as a problem with the heating and air conditioning unit. I brought it to a local Mercury dealership and they had the car for 2 weeks yet were unable to diagnose the problem. I then brought it to a friend of mine who does auto work on the side. He was able to get the AC fixed, but it only worked for about two weeks and then stopped working. Being at my wit's end, I reached out to a different friend who used to be an over the road truck driver. He directed me to Jay's Auto Repair in Warwick. I called the shop, spoke to Jay, and told him my plight. We arranged to have it dropped off on Thursday afternoon. He called me Friday morning and told me that he had diagnosed the problem and told me what needed to be fixed. He gave me an accurate estimate of the repair bill and told me that the car would be ready for pickup by Friday afternoon. Jay and his awesome crew were able to do in 24 hours what the local Mercury dealership was unable to do in two weeks. Jay was responsive, courteous, helpful, and professional. I will definitely be going back to Jay's Auto Service in Warwick, RI.

I need an O2 sensor replaced and I decided to go with Hutchinson Mobile mechanic. I bought part for…read moreupstream before the catalytic converter. the car has 2 oxygen sensors, one before the pre catalytic converter (B1S1) and another one after (B1S2). the part I bought was for B1S1 but Hutchins installed it in B1S2. after he was done he told I needed because the car two sensors. I agreed that he should order the part and I'll give him the money ($40). that was my mistake for trusting the guy. $40 was small price to pay to see if he's honest. Wrong! Anyway, I texted and called him but no response. I don't recommend this guy, definitely don't give him money to buy parts. He will steal it. I should file a police report.
