Steve Warthman was a great guy and told me what I needed. Before he could get to me he passed away. I paid him for a 500' well with 400 ft. of casing. His son put in a 400' well with 240 ft. of casing. Every day I would come home from work and Warthma's son would be in the cab of the truck with a 12 pack of beer. The well hole started going crooked but he didn't see it because he was in the truck. He had to quit drilling at 400' because the casing would no longer go down. I am in a vein of water that has more iron than water and had to put in a $12,000 water treatment system because of this. Vickroy has maintained my well since then and every time he comes out it takes longer than it should because of the shoddy work of Warthman.

I searched for plumbers but regular plumbers don't fix well pumps but one plumber said I needed to search for well pump repair. So I did and I was lucky to have found Dale, the owner. He answered my call right away and came over, found the problem and fixed it right away. It was an electrical problem with the pressure pump ($50) inside the house and not the pump outside ($2500). I was so happy. Then he turned the water back on and immediately the pump blew spewing water into my basement! He was quick to turn the water back off. He turned the 20 year old pump over and noticed a hole that had been a time bomb waiting to flood my basement. Dale told me that he had a pressure pump at his shop and could go get me one and replace it tonight. So, 45 minutes later he returned with a brand new pump and had it installed with the water on to the house in 20 minutes!! I am so grateful that I found this man!! He only charged me for the pump and his regular service fee. He didn't gouge me for coming out on a Sunday either!!
