David was here first thing in the morning and changed my pressure switch, the nipple and found out my pressure gauge was faulty and changed it out too! The best part about it- it only costed me $150 and I have water again! I can't thank these guys enough and would recommend them to anyone! Quick, polite, professional service! Thanks guys!

New Pressure tank, still no water, think pump is burned up, so replace that. Both of these items were excessively priced now that I've had time to do some research. Well next day, our old well water volume can't keep up with the new efficient pump and tank. New well. Rush the paperwork for the 3 day rule on water, Come park the truck in the yard on a Sunday, but don't show up to do anything until Tuesday. so we are almost a week still with no water. Finally by Thursday evening 8pm or so, with a backyard full of dirt and mud everything is drilled and moved, which they cut our tv cable doing... so they leave- guess what; no water, just forgot to turn on a valve and check before they left; really!. They do have average/fair price on the drilling. 2 weeks go by before we get state paperwork so can request county water testing. In the meantime, something they stirred up or did killed my water softener also; of course for 1300 they offered to replace. Its now a month later, got and installed my own water softener for way less, and still out around 6,500. Front yard truck ruts and damage they fixed and seeded 2 weeks later but the well site itself is still a huge pile of mud and tree limbs they cut to get the truck in. Glad I got water, and think they did a good job on the well itself but the other aspects of what I consider a complete job I was not happy with.

While Dale works on all types of well pumps, he is one of the few that will work on a jet pump. I…read morecalled him about a leak near mine and he was able to come out the same day. He presented all my options. Gave me his suggestions, when asked. And had me fixed up on Monday. (He even offered to work on Saturday if the leak got worse.) I found Dale to be prompt, fair and willing to share a wealth of knowledge. I fully recommend giving him a call for your well pump needs.

My well water stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. I was so very worried about how to get it…read morefixed as I had no water and had to work the next day. I searched for plumbers but regular plumbers don't fix well pumps but one plumber said I needed to search for well pump repair. So I did and I was lucky to have found Dale, the owner. He answered my call right away and came over, found the problem and fixed it right away. It was an electrical problem with the pressure pump ($50) inside the house and not the pump outside ($2500). I was so happy. Then he turned the water back on and immediately the pump blew spewing water into my basement! He was quick to turn the water back off. He turned the 20 year old pump over and noticed a hole that had been a time bomb waiting to flood my basement. Dale told me that he had a pressure pump at his shop and could go get me one and replace it tonight. So, 45 minutes later he returned with a brand new pump and had it installed with the water on to the house in 20 minutes!! I am so grateful that I found this man!! He only charged me for the pump and his regular service fee. He didn't gouge me for coming out on a Sunday either!! I would highly recommend Scheidegger's Pump Service for ANY water well issue you may have!!!

This place has been an absolute nightmare from the moment we signed up. The initial installer told…read moreus from the get go that we did not have a good setup for this service but said he could make it work and drilled a hole in our wall to make it work. After putting it next to our washer and dryer, up against the wall and a terrible installation, it leaked all over and has ruined the dry wall and other parts of the home on top of causing the last two water bills to increase 300% of what we were paying before installation. When we had a tech come out to check and "fix" the problem, he told us he took a bunch of pictures and attached them to the service report and that PureH2O would send a certified contractor out to estimate the cost of repairs and get it done for us. All we wanted was for them to take the system back because we hadn't made a payment on the system as of that time. We were told "do not wait for the company to call you, stay on them and they will take care of it". They claim to have fixed the leak so we started the process to get the home fixed. (We wanted out of the whole entire process but they told us there was only a 3 day return policy which makes no sense because we didn't know the extent of the damage and leak until we received our first water bill at $160 for the month. Upon discussing the options with them they continually told us "we will make this right". Since that conversation, a service manager came out and tried to tell us all of the ways we needed to cut into our air ducts or wall to provide a new space to put the system. When we refused to adjust the integrity of our house they said the system could stay where it is and we shouldn't have any more problems with it. After speaking to another person this morning, they told us that all of the things we said happened didn't happen and that the people who serviced our system did not take pictures and told them there was no damage to the home. (We have pictures and video and both service techs stated they took pictures and saw the damage as well). They also stated the original installer put in the report that there was no dryer or washer when they installed the system which was a complete lie that we have proof of. Long story short, this company sucks and I would not recommend. They will lie to you, try to turn the blame on you, and not honor anything that they tell you they will do to "make it right". Part of my short term goals in my life now is to make sure no one else falls victim to this criminal company. Do not do business with this company, you will regret it.

Also known as RAINSOFT. They send reps out to local HomeDepots and have them do "water surveys"…read morewith whatever unsuspecting customer will stop to talk to them. DO NOT fill out these surveys, trust me they do not care one bit about your water. They will call you relentlessly and when leads dry up they will call surveys that are years old. They set up an appointment to test your water and send a "tech" to your home to do a "water test" for you. Idk what they're testing or if the test is even valid because it's just a part of the scheme to sell you a ridiculously priced water softener. I mean these things are $8,000+. If you're part of a couple and only one of you will be home they will refuse to set the appointment bc they know 9/10 times one partner will not make such a large purchase without the other person knowing. They won't go out to apartments at all or homes under a certain price. Obviously none of it is about your water, if you really feel like you need a test buy one and do it yourself, if you're in need of a water softener save yourself the hassle and get a water boss, they work just fine.

I highly recommend Hall & Jenkins Well Drilling. Rod is one of best people I have ever worked with…read moreand he did a fantastic job for us. We purchased a piece of land to build a new residence and had another company drill initially, but couldn't get a good well. I contacted Rod and he was very prompt to reply and meet me onsite. He used his knowledge and extensive experience to help us determine a new location to drill which turned out great and produces a lot of water. He kept in communication with me throughout the process and went out of his way to answer all of my questions. By the end of the process he felt more like a friend than a company I was dealing with! His website says "Shortcuts will cost you money!" and that is 100% the truth. He will always be my first call for any future needs. I am forever grateful to him!

I have NOTHING but good words to say about my experience with Hall & Jenkins Well Drilling…read more Rod Jenkins did a great job, explained every step of the process, and did what he said he was going to do without exception. I was extremely pleased with how smooth and easy the process was and I felt the pricing for the parts and labor were more than fair. I hardly ever leave reviews for products or services but his good reviews from other customers led me to him and now after my experience, I must agree 100 % with my satisfaction. On a lesser important note, from my first meeting with Rod until completion, the total time to drill a 100 ft. well and install all plumbing and equipment turn-key in less than 30 days. I get so frustrated dealing with contractors that don't return calls and never do what they say they will do. This company is the definition of old fashion ethics and integrity. Very sincerely, Bob Jackson Piqua,Ohio
