And every time there is always dirt and trash everywhere. The pics I added were just from standing in one spot. It seriously needs daily cleaning and a major upgrade. In addition the weights don't seem to be in the right places either The reason I keep coming here is because it's quiet in the mornings, I can workout without waiting for equipment, price is fair, and it's conveniently located to me.

When I returned, a different employee was working. I explained the situation, but the headphones were nowhere to be found. He took my phone number and said someone would call me back. Nobody did. A few days later, I came back and found the same employee with a coworker, messing around until they noticed me. I explained everything again -- he'd forgotten entirely -- and was asked to write down my number a second time. This time they said they'd check the cameras and figure out what happened. No call. One final visit, a new employee, same result: no headphones, no answers. I canceled my membership. The entire process was unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Someone there took them. The staff did not appear welcoming or particularly friendly toward customers, which affected the overall experience. A positive and engaging atmosphere is an important part of any fitness facility, and there is room for improvement in this area. I was also informed that photography was not permitted, so I am unable to include photos with reviews although there are over 1,680 customer photos of this location on Google reviews. While I respect the facility's policies, some prospective members may appreciate the ability to see the facility before visiting. Overall, the gym offers a clean environment, but enhancing customer service and member interactions would greatly improve the experience.

I sweat like crazy in the saunas and there is a great range of workouts to choose from. Terrible management, and very rude! I don't know the name of the man who called me, but there were…read moresome "issues" he needed to discuss with me about some complaints. Mind you, not one of the employees have ever addressed me about issues. They would always say hello, and I would carry on about my work out. I never talked to anyone, bothered anyone, and I always cleaned up after myself. I brought my own mat once and was told the policy, and I quickly apologized and returned it to the car. So for that I was very confused to get a call from a man talking to as if I am a child, and proceeded accuse me of constant rude behavior from previous employees. My boyfriend and I are both minority people, and were the only minority people in there anytime we went so I just cant help to wonder if the issue was never with me and always a personal problem. Not to mention this man called another location I go to, to request I be banned. Long story short, profiling and racism is still very much alive. 0/10

We had a great chat and made sure to answer all of my questions fully and didn't make me feel rushed at all. My free intro class was coached by Chloe. She was very welcoming and so were the other members. Chloe did (and always does) a great job teaching each movement and proving effective cues all while keeping a fun and upbeat vibe! My husband and I have been members for 2 years now and it's safe to say it was the best decision we could have made. Not only did we find a great, safe, and fun place to workout, we have met some of our best friends which has made Denton feel like home faster than we could have ever expected. Jason and Molly have since moved the gym to a bigger and better location and as a member I feel super spoiled every time I walk in. The equipment is well maintained and there is plenty of space to workout without bumping into fellow athletes. They have adjusted SO well to accommodating new safety standards due to COVID-19. Each athlete is able to workout in a designated area safely spaced from others. They also added several new programs that can be done at home for those who still do not feel safe. Jason and Molly are constantly evaluating how they can add more value to their members and take feedback to heart. If you're looking for a great gym, quality coaches, and an inclusive community, then you will love this place! :)
