Every interaction I have with Preferred Pet Sitter has been overwhelmingly positive. The administrative staff are responsive and flexible, and the pet sitters are friendly, kind, and thorough. I love the photos they send each visit of my kitties! One of my cats is a senior kitty who has strict dietary concerns and needs medication twice a day. The pet sitters were great with him, cajoling him to take his meds and making sure he only ate the approved food. That was quite the feat, considering the other two cats are on a different food and can be very shy. I can't say enough good things about Preferred Pet Sitter. Knowing my cats were well cared for, including with additional dietary issues and twice daily medication, gave me the peace of mind I needed to take the trip.
