    trim kit for microwave defect.  This does not come off.

    We had always gone to Warrendale for our appliances, unfortunately we won't anymore. The microwave & trim kit we bought in the beginning of June is still not right. It has been quite the saga. The microwave works, but the trim kit is imperfect with discolored corners (as far as I know they only sell new appliances and not seconds). We were told upon install that I would be able to clean the trim kit and it would be fine(not sure why the installer didn't attempt to clean it). This was not the case, I phoned Warrendale & sent photos and was told to try a different cleaner. I then went into the store and Nick told me I could buy the cleaner they sold(he treated me like I didn't know how to clean). Finally a different trip into the store Nick gave me a packet with a cloth to shine the stainless (Mind you, no apologies for any of the inconvenience). It did not solve the problem. About a month after the kit was installed(end of July) I went to the store and he (Nick) believed me this was a defect and gave me a 2nd kit and I was told the installer would be in touch with me. Finally, the end of Aug. the installer came and went to install the replacement trim kit I had been given end of July. That too was damaged. I was told that one would be ordered, and the item apparently is still back ordered. The saga continues 4 months after the initial purchase. There has been zero customer service on this. No apologies. I would not recommend spending your money at this establishment. I regret trying to shop local on this one.

    NEVER EVER SHOP HERE. They are deceptive with their sales (all of the items I purchased on Black Friday are listed for the same price months later at different stores). The manager doesn't know how to deal with customers, doesn't even spell my name right in our correspondences. Worst of all, when they leave 3 foot gouges in your floor upon delivery, they will do their best to snake their way out of restitution. I'm in the process of seeking legal council now to remedy thousands of dollars worth of damage done by Warrendale Appliances. So unless you want to get ripped off, deal with terrible customer service, and pay 3x as much as your appliances to fix damages to your house, stay away from Warrendale Appliances like it's the plague.

    Damaged wire on a BRAND NEW DRYER. Shame on you Warrendale Applicance!

    Do not do business with Warrendale Appliance. Fraudulent practices where they'll charge you without performing any work

    I have a Sub Zero Model 642 refridgerator that had stopped working on a Friday night. On Saturday…read moremorning I was able to schedule an appointment online for the 9:00 to 11:00 time period. Adam came out and was very knowledgeable. He pointed out that I needed a new master control board due to a failure with it he found. He also pointed out that the master control board works with several different Sub Zero model, but my old (failed at this point) was not configured properly for the Model 642 so he fixed that as well when he installed the new board. He noticed that the fan above the refrigerator was not properly grounded so he connected the grounding wire to it. He also thoroughly examined my system and noticed that the "input panel" had a defective on /off switch which would trigger a spurious "off command" to the master control board. He disconnected the "input panel" from the master control board so no spurious off command would be issued until he could receive a new "input panel" so I could have use of the refrigerator for the few days it would take to get the part. He knew how to "work around" my problem so I could still have a working the refriderator. I could not change the internal refrigerator temperature during those days without the input panel, but I did not need to. I highly recommend him.

Nick showed up on time, was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Should the need arise I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and/or recommend them to family or friend.
