I was an AmeriGas customer for 25 years. They were really the only person in town to deliver to…read moreour remote location so I really didn't have a choice. Their service is spotty at best, and they really don't care about you as a customer. There are often incredible price fluctuations, and shady billing practices. Recently we sold our land, and I was entitled to nearly $3000 in a refund for overpayment over the years. They have refused to refund my credit citing various excuses and delays. I was advised to retain an attorney. I only give one star because "no stars" is not an option! If you can find somebody else to take care of your gas and propane needs... Do it! Follow up 07-15-21: after several months, and many phone calls, AmeriGas sent me a refund for the total amount. I increased the stars from 1 star to 2 stars because they eventually made it right. It still took a very long time, much longer than it should have, and they still have major challenges with their business model. However, I wanted to set the record current that they have refunded me in full.

Well, my sister is now living there and we still had 40% in the tank. Went to turn on the heater and unknown to us, they had come some time and locked our tank! No money owed whatsoever. So.. we had to pay a service fee. 387.00. Talked with multiple reps and they could not find why it was locked or even that it had been locked. We have now went with another company because propane is 1/2 the cost from them and asked to have Amerigas come get our tank. That is also a 400.00 fee for them to do that! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

It's not a very big Pilot like others, but it's the most friendliest Pilot I've visited. The friendly lady at the cashier welcomed my entry with a big welcome. Wow, that's a first for me. Very nice! That's how great customer service starts. Thank you miss! I love that they had the medications and health items displayed right up in the front aisle. Perfect placement! Job well done! Thank you! They had Visine eye drops available so I bought it. The price was probably $1 or so more than what Wal-Mart or Target would charge. I see it as a convenience cost and that's okay. I'm so grateful that it's located conveniently closed to the freeway, easy access and of course very easy to find it. Sinclair is an awesome place to get gas, it's always been my favorite because it has great gas mileage at fairly lowest price compare to most places. I always saved a lot of money while pumping gas at Sinclair, it lasts me a lot longer. This gas station opens 24/7, super cool for emergency purposes (like my situation) and truly convenient for travelers as well. People will appreciate it when needed. I see a lot of trucks pull over and park there. The parking lots are huge just like the rest area which I thought super cool. There is no restrooms here though. I wish there is one so people can you use it as needed.

This man who represents U-Haul Corporation is void of any personality commensurate with his position; he should be their night janitor. When I arrived for pickup Brent was with a customer, I asked if I could go out and inspect a few of the covered trailers that I was to rent he said sure. I looked and found a 4x8 covered cargo trailer that was clean with nice wheels and tires, all the others were a bit shabby looking. After the previous customer left he began my rental process. I requested the clean trailer mentioned above including the trailer number. He said I couldn't have it I had to take the FIRST ONE. When Brent retrieved the trailer he picked for me I pointed out that the one I wanted was the FIRST ONE, he said there was something in front of it requiring him to take a different one. What was in front of it was a two wheel car trailer requiring 10 seconds to move, I would have moved it if he had thought it too burdensome. I ended up with a dirty trailer inside and out, rusty wheel bolts and not so good looking tires. I have used U-Haul several times in different cities and this is by far my worst experience. If during the 1,100 miles of my intended travel anything happens because of this trailer it will cost U-Haul Corporation big time! I didn't want this trailer but they refused to give me what I wanted.
