I was told my card would be removed. Today, they charged my card for the $60 monthly charge. I called about it, I'm not pleased with the level of customer service they offer. Which is close to none since they don't have an office on site. I then received an email stating I had been moved out and after review of my account I would not be getting my initial $30 deposit back. I left the place clean, minus a few pennies and nickels as I was told. So I'm being charged $30 for pennies and nickels? I left the unit the way I moved into it, which was dirty and full of cobwebs. I recommend you find another facility for your rental needs. So because I did not sweep, and there's nowhere stating to sweep upon move out I lose $30? Who the fuck charges $30 to sweep a 4x8 spot. Crooks!!!! Do not use this facility. That also state its normal practice to give a deposit. This is the first and only place I know that required a deposit. I managed a facility in California and we never charged a deposit. And we were a multi state multi facility storage.

The spaces were clean, the facility was clean, and the prices were very fair. We moved out on the 7th of the month, they not only refunded my deposit (as they should have) , but they refunded my rent for that final month. Very nice of them. I'm a bit older, and it was a bit challenging to deal with the "everything on line", but it was very straight forward, and not too bad at all. Thanks, highly recommend.

They send a notice that that they had to do an update for payment, and we do our best to accomodate them. This has gone on for me for over a month! All I wanted to do was pay my monthly bill (it was on autopay prior) with no problem of them getting their money. Now, because if their problem our code does not work...they have even charged me a late fee which i would pay to get my stuff out of there even though its two weeks to their advantage. I also have read from other upset customers that they then take over the storage unit and sell the goods ALL WITH NO COMMUNICATION TO THE RENTERS..PATHETIC. I will do what I need to do...but I would suggest to NEVER rent from this company. Probably should read the bad reviews unless they have deleted them. I have been a business owner...I know what is expected for customer service..COMMUNICATION.
