Very pleased with the service. In need of a 10x20 unit we called all over and there were none available. He called back the next day to tell us a unit just came up and we could have it. Saved the day.. highly recommend read more

I rented a storage unit for 24 hours and decided I didn't need it and the owner kept my money he refused to give it back it was almost $60. Very dishonest and untrustworthy. read more

The spaces were clean, the facility was clean, and the prices were very fair. We moved out on the 7th of the month, they not only refunded my deposit (as they should have) , but they refunded my rent for that final month. Very nice of them. I have the funds ready and called to make a payment, but was told by Zoe at the location that I cannot pay over the phone and must pay in person with cash. I currently live in Texas, making that requirement extremely difficult. I want to be clear: I am not refusing to pay--I am actively trying to pay immediately to prevent my belongings from being auctioned. However, I am being denied any reasonable way to do so. An alarm was going off in our rig and she refused to call me and let me know. She insisted on calling my husband who is on duty with the military (which she was made aware of) and unable to answer his phone. She finally emailed me four hours later and was so disrespectful. Every time I have talked I her she has been unkind and snarky. The spots are over priced and customer service clearly does not matter.

We live in a newer neighborhood and everyone told us we would get scorpions. In almost two years we've only seen one, it was dead and never even made it in the house. Also nice that they are locally owned, so it's someone who cares about their reputation and the type of work they do. They aren't a summer sales or some sales based pest control business.
