On our way out of St. George, UT, my eldest daughter needed eye drops. Rather than trying to find a Wal-Mart or Target, I drove on over to the Pilot Travel Center that was just on the other side from La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham St. George where we stayed for a few nights. It's not a very big Pilot like others, but it's the most friendliest Pilot I've visited. The friendly lady at the cashier welcomed my entry with a big welcome. Wow, that's a first for me. Very nice! That's how great customer service starts. Thank you miss! I love that they had the medications and health items displayed right up in the front aisle. Perfect placement! Job well done! Thank you! They had Visine eye drops available so I bought it. The price was probably $1 or so more than what Wal-Mart or Target would charge. I see it as a convenience cost and that's okay. A place were we can trust getting our fuel. They have a digital audit that scans the seal if it's been replaced on the dispensers. Have those seals are broken they close the dispensers down. Disprints fraudulent activity with the hackers. Also the staff here are really awesome they always say hi when you walking through the door. The store seemed to have a good variety of items and EVERY SINGLE employee greeted me when I came in and wished me well when I left. By far not a favorite Pilot Travel Center for me. I opt to get fuel and Pilot or Flying J. Stopping here for the first time for a coffee stop and to see if they had an RV dump station. The coffee was a yes, but the dump station was a no. It can be tough getting into this place until you get an idea of the round-a-bout and how to get into the truck lot. Not the cleanest of stores (and grounds) and not much parking available and spaces are crammed in close to each other. I have no plans of stopping here again as there are better choices just a bit further down the road. Don't ever stop at the Pilot Travel Center in West Memphis, AR! We were robbed there big-time while getting gas for our car! This occurred even when I asked the manager to watch my car with my wife in the passenger seat. My wife's purse was taken when the robber got in the back seat of our car! If you are driving an RV and getting gas, it is very difficult getting into and out of. When leaving the gas station there is a tree blocking your view of the oncoming traffic. Would not recommend getting gas here. read more

Check this out, I got here around 7 o'clock at night, I went in to the store to take a shower and the manager on duty asked me for my rewards card I gave it to her for my shower and she replied you do not have any showers available so I got my card and I started walking out of the store and I thought to myself for as much fuel as I put into my truck I should have showers, so I called the one 800 number on the back of the rewards card and I spoke to a representative and he told me that I had five free showers available,, I walked back in To the store to let the manager know she copped an attitude and I thought to myself forget the shower just leave this place and never come back there's a lot of other pilots with better people better customer service and more professional. I was helping a friend by driving a truck to SLC Utah for him. Stopped up the street from Pilot at a motel for the night. It was 106 outside and close to that in humidity. I needed a refreshing beer but was worried I may not find anything of value in Utah. They had a well stocked cooler of mostly domestic (water) beer. Fortunately, they had Corona. Not my favourite by a long shot but refreshing. I Love IPA's so you get the point. 5 stars for saving the day. They also had fast food which I purchased and enjoyed in the comfort of their air conditioned store before returning to my room to drink the Corona's. FYI, this trip was in July. Stopped in Dunkin Donuts in the Pilot service stop in north Las Vegas. Was hungry for a donut. Girl behind the counter didn't see me after waiting on a couple of people. She had a dirty rag and was cleaning the drain/ sink type thing in the floor. I watched for several minutes before she saw me. She wiped her hands (no gloves) on the rag then asked me what I wanted. YUK! She would have picked me a donut after cleaning the nasty drain in the floor, no gloves and did not wash her hands!!! Decided I didn't want a donut after all! So gross. I reserved a shower for 12 dollars, was told there was a 10 minutes wait. 10 minutes later, there's "one person ahead of me". 30 minutes later they're "looking for someone to clean the shower". 10 minutes after that no one has any idea what's going on, no one is cleaning the shower, my wallet is locked in the truck but they only give refunds on the card I used. A great place to get refreshed and take a shower after several days of hiking/camping in nearby Zion National Park. This place had the nicest private shower rooms I've ever seen. My card number was stolen and used on this gasoline station. When I called to speak with a manager I let them know I have fraud on my acct they right away hung up on me. I'm frm California and I have never been to St George. I was able to speak to another manager at a different store and they told me they don't check ID. There was a total of $1158.82 charged on my credit card. I was a banker for 8 years I have dealt with alot of fraud. This company needs to step up and start asking for ID. Pilot is one of the biggest truck stop in the US. For that being said also it is the stinkiest place of all the truck stops. They win the crown of being rude employees not very helpful and also they don't give a s*** about you. You'll be standing in line for at least 15 to 20 minutes just to get a coffee so not worth stopping here. Their customer service is is the worst one there is. WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD! Stopped this morning and put in $25.00 of gas, got a receipt and within minutes a notice from my bank of a $151.00 charge by Pilot. Turned around and went back. Was told that it is a pending authorization to make sure the card is good and should be removed in a couple of days, and that the banks do this all the time. The "manager" said it happens all the time. BS. Never ever has a gas station posted a charge 6 times!!! the total of the actual amount and certainly not my bank. Now watching to make sure the charge falls off OR go through the hassle of fighting the charge. Thank God I had the good sense to get a receipt. I will never use a Pilot gas station again. read more

The restrooms here were VERY clean and the paper towel dispensers were sense activated. Awesome. Also their food prices were very reasonable. My favorite smart food popcorn was 99 cents for the bigger bag. Legit! Lol. So if you want clean restrooms and cheap snacks, then this is the place.
