Stopped in for gas. Staff was nice. Grabbed a couple of snacks before heading back on the road. Value was average. Store was clean. read more

On our way out of St. George, UT, my eldest daughter needed eye drops. Rather than trying to find a Wal-Mart or Target, I drove on over to the Pilot Travel Center that was just on the other side from La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham St. George where we stayed for a few nights. It's not a very big Pilot like others, but it's the most friendliest Pilot I've visited. The friendly lady at the cashier welcomed my entry with a big welcome. Wow, that's a first for me. Very nice! That's how great customer service starts. Thank you miss! I love that they had the medications and health items displayed right up in the front aisle. Perfect placement! Job well done! Thank you! They had Visine eye drops available so I bought it. The price was probably $1 or so more than what Wal-Mart or Target would charge. I see it as a convenience cost and that's okay. It saves us time, energy, and gas money because it's available right here. Thank you Pilot! read more

A place were we can trust getting our fuel. They have a digital audit that scans the seal if it's been replaced on the dispensers. Have those seals are broken they close the dispensers down. Disprints fraudulent activity with the hackers. Also the staff here are really awesome they always say hi when you walking through the door. You had a long drive you need to take a shower that's the place to go. Stop here at pilot read more

I only got fuel and used their restroom which was clean but has a strange lay out. The store seemed to have a good variety of items and EVERY SINGLE employee greeted me when I came in and wished me well when I left. Which was nice albeit a little over the top but they got five stars from me! read more

Off I-15 at E Brigham Rd and S 60th, this Pilot Travel Plaza has fuel, food/snacks and restrooms. Store was clean. Employees are very friendly and helpful, with up selling some deli items I had considered at checkout. :-). Give them a visit! read more

Made a quick stop for gas as based on my search it is the cheapest in st George here and not all pumps were open but I didn't have to wait. Quick service. Burger King next door read more

Went in there today (Thanksgiving Day) and was met by the friendliest most professional staff I've ever seen at a gas station. Y'all made my day! read more

Awful access from the freeway for travelers with RV's the round about sin the road are ridiculous and the way in is certainly odd!! Avoid this pilot if you want ease to get fuel!! read more

Beware! You would do better stopping elsewhere. It's a bait and switch. The sign said one price and then it was much higher at the pump. Thankfully there was another gas station close by. One of the worst and nastiest truck stop I've been to. The bathrooms were disgusting. There were 2 toilets totally clogged and ready to overflow. read more

The people working in here are some of the best I've encountered. They tried to upsell, recommend products, and were personable. To get in here though is a terrible design. read more

It's my go to place for gas and coffee on the road the gas prices I find better than a lot of other stations plus they have lots of choices of coffee.the restrooms are always clean and I always find something in there hot deli plus I can eat it in the truckers lounge and watch TV read more

Pilot Travel Center - My go to place for gas and coffee - Gas Stations Near Me - St. George, Utah

Terrible place homeless living in the truck parking lot. I have also found dirty needles laying in parking lot.

Stopped for propane on 3 separate occasions over the last year, staff are extremely rude and they always say "we don't have anyone to do it". Save yourself a lot of headache and just go somewhere else!!! read more

By far not a favorite Pilot Travel Center for me. I opt to get fuel and Pilot or Flying J. Stopping here for the first time for a coffee stop and to see if they had an RV dump station. The coffee was a yes, but the dump station was a no. It can be tough getting into this place until you get an idea of the round-a-bout and how to get into the truck lot. Not the cleanest of stores (and grounds) and not much parking available and spaces are crammed in close to each other. I have no plans of stopping here again as there are better choices just a bit further down the road. There were three employees behind the counter deeply engaged in a conversation which appeared more important to them at the time than customer service. read more

One of the worst spots in the nation to fuel at. Drivers pull up to the fuel island and go in and probably who knows what they do probably take showers and then come back out it's a messed up stop. Takes forever I hope you have a Lotta time. Seems like management would help keep things going at a faster pace. Very hard to get in and out of. read more

FRAUD ALERT: the other reviews are correct, but I didn't see them until after it was too late. Stopped by while traveling and 10 minutes after leaving was notified that there was a fraudulent charge to my card. The only thing deserving one star was that the bathroom was large and clean, and that there's a large selection of snacks. There are also showers. read more

Employees are extremely rude especially the night time store manager. Told my DM to never send me back to this waste of a truck stop.

Don't ever stop at the Pilot Travel Center in West Memphis, AR! We were robbed there big-time while getting gas for our car! This occurred even when I asked the manager to watch my car with my wife in the passenger seat. My wife's purse was taken when the robber got in the back seat of our car! West Memphis, AR is not a place to stop for any reason, and certainly not the Pilot Travel Center! It was a horrific experience that I'll remember the rest of my life! I'm only giving it one star because I guess it is necessary to have this warning posted! read more

The GM doesn't know what hes doing employees suffer because of his arrogance. The only reason the store runs is because of the manager Marlinda. She knows how to do things around the store the Gm doesn't which isnt how its supposed to work. I hope a new GM comes along soon so the employees of pilot can finally be stress free and have what they need for their shifts read more

If you are driving an RV and getting gas, it is very difficult getting into and out of. When leaving the gas station there is a tree blocking your view of the oncoming traffic. Would not recommend getting gas here. read more

some fuck used my debit info at the pilot in fernly NV. A 495 purchase. Obviously they do not ask anyone for ID,as i see it is very common,on this page. Such a sloppy operation deserves a boycott!!!! read more

I was helping a friend by driving a truck to SLC Utah for him. Stopped up the street from Pilot at a motel for the night. It was 106 outside and close to that in humidity. I needed a refreshing beer but was worried I may not find anything of value in Utah. They had a well stocked cooler of mostly domestic (water) beer. Fortunately, they had Corona. Not my favourite by a long shot but refreshing. I Love IPA's so you get the point. 5 stars for saving the day. They also had fast food which I purchased and enjoyed in the comfort of their air conditioned store before returning to my room to drink the Corona's. FYI, this trip was in July. Hence the temperature. read more

Stopped in Dunkin Donuts in the Pilot service stop in north Las Vegas. Was hungry for a donut. Girl behind the counter didn't see me after waiting on a couple of people. She had a dirty rag and was cleaning the drain/ sink type thing in the floor. I watched for several minutes before she saw me. She wiped her hands (no gloves) on the rag then asked me what I wanted. YUK! She would have picked me a donut after cleaning the nasty drain in the floor, no gloves and did not wash her hands!!! Decided I didn't want a donut after all! So gross. If Chipotle thought they were in trouble, wait till someone gets something like e-coli with their next donut and yummy Dunkin donuts coffee! Yo, Nevada health dept. where are you? I'd avoid that place like the plague. Just sayin Enter at your own risk! If you had minus stars, they would get minus five on a scale of one to ten. NEVER again. read more

Check this out, I got here around 7 o'clock at night, I went in to the store to take a shower and the manager on duty asked me for my rewards card I gave it to her for my shower and she replied you do not have any showers available so I got my card and I started walking out of the store and I thought to myself for as much fuel as I put into my truck I should have showers, so I called the one 800 number on the back of the rewards card and I spoke to a representative and he told me that I had five free showers available,, I walked back in To the store to let the manager know she copped an attitude and I thought to myself forget the shower just leave this place and never come back there's a lot of other pilots with better people better customer service and more professional. Read more reviews over this store and you will see that the manager at night has a rap sheet and that will continue until someone does something about it.. read more

Crowded. Hard to maneuver. Line for bathroom 10 women deep out the bathroom door. Better places to stop in St. George. (We've had better luck on the west side of this freeway exit.) read more

Don't waste your time or money there. I reserved a shower for 12 dollars, was told there was a 10 minutes wait. 10 minutes later, there's "one person ahead of me". 30 minutes later they're "looking for someone to clean the shower". 10 minutes after that no one has any idea what's going on, no one is cleaning the shower, my wallet is locked in the truck but they only give refunds on the card I used. I left without a refund and without a shower to the bewildered look of the 3 completely retarded dumbasses who were standing there with their fists up their asses wondering where one woman's soda had disappeared, because heaven forbids that those shit for brains cretins might actually do their jobs. Imagine that: too dumb to do a halfway decent job working at a truck stop. I guess they need those 12 bucks more than I ever will lol. How does one, let alone 3 people manage to be so terminally stupid and still have enough brain cells to keep breathing on their own? FUCKING HOW?! read more

A great place to get refreshed and take a shower after several days of hiking/camping in nearby Zion National Park. This place had the nicest private shower rooms I've ever seen. My card number was stolen and used on this gasoline station. When I called to speak with a manager I let them know I have fraud on my acct they right away hung up on me. I'm frm California and I have never been to St George. I was able to speak to another manager at a different store and they told me they don't check ID. There was a total of $1158.82 charged on my credit card. I was a banker for 8 years I have dealt with alot of fraud. This company needs to step up and start asking for ID. Fake credit cards DON"T scan. They have to be entered manually. read more

Pilot is one of the biggest truck stop in the US. For that being said also it is the stinkiest place of all the truck stops. They win the crown of being rude employees not very helpful and also they don't give a s*** about you. You'll be standing in line for at least 15 to 20 minutes just to get a coffee so not worth stopping here. Their customer service is is the worst one there is. Being a truck driver I don't have any other options but all those other people if you have an option go to a different place don't stop here. read more

The restrooms here were VERY clean and the paper towel dispensers were sense activated. Awesome. Also their food prices were very reasonable. I didn't fill up here, but the pumps seemed busy. read more

WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD! Stopped this morning and put in $25.00 of gas, got a receipt and within minutes a notice from my bank of a $151.00 charge by Pilot. Turned around and went back. Was told that it is a pending authorization to make sure the card is good and should be removed in a couple of days, and that the banks do this all the time. The "manager" said it happens all the time. BS. Never ever has a gas station posted a charge 6 times!!! the total of the actual amount and certainly not my bank. Now watching to make sure the charge falls off OR go through the hassle of fighting the charge. Thank God I had the good sense to get a receipt. I will never use a Pilot gas station again. read more

The place is an absolute pain to get to from the freeway, two round-a-bouts and you have to clear around the block! Small parking lot! However the work staff was very nice, smiled a lot, and had good attitudes! The men's bathroom was very clean.
