It tasted fine though and the sauces were cocktail and some other basil type of sauce was pretty interesting. I had the country fried steak. Let's just say thank goodness it wasn't heavy on the batter and more of the steak you could taste. I felt like the steak was marinated and the batter itself was flavorful so it balanced the taste where it wasn't too salty. Honestly, I liked it. The vegetables and mash were also good and it blended well with my taste buds. My other half had the ribs. He said it was okay. Not the best but manageable for his liking. (He kept on eating my vegetables lol) Our server was friendly and attentive. As I was observing around me, the other staff were very fast pace and attentive to their guests. Once a table would be done, the staff cleared and cleaned the table well as another guest would start arriving. As soon as we were done, more guests were coming in and this would be around 7:30ish. So yes this place gets busy. Other than that, I would come back to this place again and try more items. I would recommend this place to anyone who's passing by or visiting Zion for a good bite to eat.
