It took multiple visits to the shop and listened to countless lies about parts, this and that AND they did not fix anything of what they said the problem was in the first place. Oh, and guess what.... my warranty actually expired on May 7, 2023, so I could not take it anywhere else if I wanted to. The mower is exactly the same as when I took it to them with the exception on a new tube in the dry rotted tire, which was one of my 3 issues. They did not replace parts that they said I absolutely had to have installed otherwise Cub Cadet would give them grief.....LIE after lie.
