Recently, they gave us an appointment to work on a humidifier......same problem.....no one shows up, no one calls....we are quitting their "club" and trying to get our money back. We paid $900+ for the club and the service on 3 furnaces....not cheap but poor value with customer service like that.

I was advised that there was a dispatch fee of $49.00 and that the job price would be determined on site. I had to reschedule due to conflicts with my daughters' work schedule and it was not an issue even though it was last minute. Game day. Electrician calls and says he can be at my house within 30 minutes if that's Ok - he was scheduled for much later. He, Dave, shows up and had the problem figured out within about 30 minutes. Faulty breaker and some other electrical stuff that I can't comment on because I don't understand it. Bottom line. Total job cost me $267.00 including the dispatch fee. I was seriously having night sweats thinking about what this might cost. Excellent service, great price and I hate to say this but Dave was super good looking! He even held his composure when my grand-daughters asked him if he was their Dad!

And he showed up next day in miserable snow storm and replaced everything back to circuit box. That also needed to be replaced. This guy got so sick working out in that storm that he couldn't come back for a few days. He did and finished the . Very polite, great sense of humor, reasonably priced. I found JRK Electric on Yelp and called them. Jason came out and got us back up and running but we needed to eventually repair either underground or overhead. He provided us an invoice/estimate for the overhead repair on 12/5/15, total cost $1500. I gave him a deposit on 12/5/15 for $750. Despite numerous calls to initiate the job and 5 months later he has put off the job and no return on the deposit with I phoned and left him a message to say I will find some other electrician to do the job.This is not any way to do business, and very irresponsible.

Plumber knew what he was doing and within an hour I was back and running. only alternative I could come with was going to hotel for the weekend and taking time from off from work to get fixed by others. This company was called by our Solar Panel Company because in the City of Buffalo we needed to have an licensed electrician to do the inspection of electrical. They caused us a big delay in the final inspection because they did not file the right permit for our Solar Panels. The day they were to come and do the final inspection they were suppose to be here between 9:30-11 and CVM called us and made the appt. At 1pm they still were not at our house. I made 3 phone calls to CVM to let them know their contractors were not on site and they were late and all I was told by the lady who answered the phone was she was sorry and couldn't get in touch with anyone because they were out in the field and was contracted by the City of Buffalo. Now I start calling the City of Buffalo Inspections and Electrical Dept and after spending 90 minutes of cussing people out and leaving voice mails, I finally got in touch with someone who found the error that they did and was able to send someone from the City of Buffalo out to my house to do the final inspection. What CVM did was filed a repair permit instead of a installation permit and that is why a few of the people that I spoke with at the City could not find our permit. Keep in mind while all this was going on my husband who works overnights and had ben up since 4pm the night before had to stay up and wait for the City Inspector to show up because no one from CVM showed up or called to apologize.

He punched numerous holes in the wall, more than was necessary, that had I had to pay to have repaired.
