When I was on the phone with the customer serivce representative he did not give me an assertive answer on if they take trade toys for cash. Instead his answer was "I only collect toys that are like in the box". After having that uncooperative call I decided to drive down there the next day. When I arrived the customer service representative told me the wholesaler will be with you in a few minutes. While I was waiting I had to go to the bathroom. I asked this customer serivce representative where the bathroom was. His reponse was "he( the wholesaler) will be with you in a few minutes". After not getting a reponse from him I decided to go back to the warehouse section since the bathroom is apparetly not in the shop area. Once I went back there he said "don't go back to the warehouse". I then said "I have to go to the bathroom". He then responded "we don't have one open to the public". After that he told me the wholesaler is not here and pointed at me to leave. WTF they don't a have bathroom for the general public? What are people who have small bladders or take laxatives(I don't take them) that are kickin in suppose to do? After leaving the store I then go to the place nextdoor, which is a place a male would only walk into if he is being accompanied by his girlfriend or getting her a dress. I thought about asking the receptionist how often people come in here just to use the bathroom, but I instead just proceeded to the bathroom without asking her that question. If you are a geek for toys you probably would like this place very much. For that reason I am giving this place one star, but the customer service zero stars. Oh! The beautiful part is that if you walk towards the other end you'll end up at Marshalls where you can find other goodies as well. The location is ideal as well, there are several restaurants nearby, you've to Ross, and 5 and below nearby, and there's a Light on the sugar within walking distance and I always stop by there when I'm in this area as well.
