The owner is super friendly, had a long conversation with him a while back and he was very welcoming.

I don't know, but this problem definitely needs to be fixed because it's just going to ruin the entire stock otherwise. They've got a sign up that says "Now Smoke Free" but... I was expecting emulators,and was pleasantly surprised to be wrong. We played Super Smash Bros and Mario Kart on the Nintendo 64 during our 1 hour time. The controllers were kept in good working condition, which I must applaud. Seating was not great for 4 people - the chairs were too wide to properly fit us all in front of the screen. There was also not a good warning system for how long we had been playing, which is unfortunate since they charge by the hour. I also was disappointed that the games were saved in essentially not-yet-played state, meaning we did not have access to all of the characters in Super Smash Bros, for example. Lastly: pricing/value. You pay by the hour per person, regardless of whether you play together on the same console or each on different machines. It's clearly an effective way to keep the lights on, but it felt expensive for our specific use case of 4 people only occupying one console/space. There are other options for day passes or bundles or whatever, but we did not intend to stay long enough to extract the value from that.
