I game in multiple formats, including miniatures and Baird games. Historical, fantasy, post-apocalyptic and sci-fi. This is the best store I've been to in ages. Great stock levels of things that are hard to find in brick and mortar stores these days. Not just GW and collectible card games, this place has a very broad selection. Also great supply of paints, dice, you name it. The staff are hit or miss. But that is to be expected, especially in this economy. Good inventory of table games as no accessories. They have the usual required paints and brushes, which is nice vs. ordering online. There was some nice terrain on display and a couple tables were operating on a Saturday morning. Plenty of D&D stuff, Citadel, card games and tons of figures from several manufacturers. Notably absent was anything by Avalon Hill. AH has been gone for a long time but a place as well developed as this one, should have something. That being said, this is a nice space and hopefully its growing. There's some good gaming going on here and lots of stuff for model building. read more

I was looking for a new game shop, to call home, with plenty of table space and a wide variety of popular genres (CCGs, miniatures, RPGs, board games). The CCG and Miniatures seem to be the most active customer base. The amount of terrain they have available is phenomenal, which is great for any kind of miniatures (notably Stargrave, Heroclix, Warhammer/40k). Gaming is expensive, as it's always been (my 40 years of experience and counting). The prices don't have some horrendous markup, so I shop there and scout/sample new games from time to time. It's exactly what I expect from a traditional gamer shop. read more

I took my teenager in here to buy a gaming mat for a friend's birthday. The price tag on the item was $25, but when I got to the register, the pimple-faced kid with bad customer service skills informed me it had been mispriced and was actually $48. Now, maybe it was mispriced by accident, or maybe a kid saw a grown man with a credit card in his wallet and decided to charge a premium (which is against the law and could be reported to the Attorney General), but either way, he refused to sell it to me for the price that was on the item. Not wanting to disappoint my kid, I bought it anyway. Next time, we'll order the gaming mat online. read more

Little big wars neglected to ship two of the three blisters I ordered from them. I sent a message requesting support, in which I received no response. I had to go through Amazon to receive a refund for the products I didn't receive. Extremely disappointed in this service and I would not purchase from this seller again. read more

Great store! Best gaming store in the area, and there are some pretty good ones, so that's saying a lot. Bought the basic Memoir 44 there, which is a great game. Hope to go back soon and get some extensions. Haven't used the table space yet, but it looks like a great space for group play. Loved the selection, especially some of the older wargames, etc., which are often very hard to find. Its a great place. The location is a little far for me coming from Moorhead, but not that bad. Really cool place! The owner was super cool too. I had a friend show me a war game. The owner came over and helped us setup and also loaned us top of the line figures for the game. I had a very positive experience. Everyone was very into there games. It was a cool little hobby shop. Take your kids or go as an adult. I give this place a 5 star.
