The PS2 wouldn't play about half the games (which I did test on a second PS2 & they worked). The battery was dead for the clock, which was the first thing I noticed anyway. I took it to a repair shop & wow, discovered half the components were not even the original parts, but they were not new parts either. Looks like someone refurbished it multiple times & it was so dirty, so clearly Rock 30 didn't do it before sending it to me. Messaged them about it & nothing. Basically, half of the components with the interior have to be replaced. Pay $200 for a more than 20-year-old console that doesn't even work. Highly recommend avoiding them!

At no point was I approached and asked about the complaints made about me. If you wanna run a store off of your gut than open a restaurant. Don't play at Paradox if you have any kind of social issues. They won't bother to ask you anything.

He brought back a different version of a book that I was looking for in case I didn't want the one on the shelf and informed me that they didn't have the other I was looking for. The customer was on a phone call and was not being disruptive whatsoever, but the woman snapped at her "You can take your phone call outside and come back when you're done." Excuse me? I dont know any store owner who would speak to a customer this way when they weren't being disruptive and had barely walked inside. The owner was incredibly rude, condescending, belittling and acted with a "better than you" attitude. Its a BOOKSTORE, not her own personal sacred library collection. He was absolutely unwilling to work with us even though it was completely unusable to us. We had to sell it back to him for $10 less than we bought it for so he made a free $10 and has another PERFECTLY good record to sell. Shitty customer service especially considering the record we wanted to exchange for it was $12 more lmao. Could have made money and kept a customer.
