Would give a 4.5 but there isn't an option for that unfortunately! Levity has a large spacious…read morearcade, great space for having food and drinks, and the tumble gym is a decent size! The employee that checked us in was kind and had a good attitude, which was nice to see! She welcomed us in right away, gave us directions on where the gym was located and when we left told us to have a nice day! That doesn't always happen with younger workers these days. Now, the tumble gym was nice, big enough for kids to run around a little. It's definitely, in my opinion, geared towards kids younger than 6. My 9 year old could only use the balance beam and the trampoline into the foam pit, which was a little disappointing because the was the most excited to visit the gym. My 1 year old could play with the majority of the equipment that was there. His favorite was the bounce house with the ball pit at the bottom. My oldest was pretty disappointed he couldn't use the bounce house, which sold him on wanting to go check it out. It was also super clean, which is high priority for us. Adding a few things for the older kids would be nice to see! We'll definitely visit again.

My family went to levity recently and we had an overall very positive experience. All we did was…read morethe tumbling and a few games. there was room for all the kids to run around. There were also activities for a variety of ages, although our 10yo started to get bored. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars it because while we were there, I noticed that a balance beam and one of the bars had some loose nuts and bolts, like I could turn them with my fingers. I let the worker at the front desk know and she checked for the correct tools to tighten them, but could not find them. She assured me that she would pass it along to her manager. I think it would be a good thing to check once a week. like I said, we had a fun time and will be back.

As soon as I saw this place I knew I had to try it. Fun environment. Great for everyone…read more We sat in the bar area and our server was the nicest kid. Very friendly and super busy. Not sure if he had the whole bar area to tend to but he was busy. We went on a Wednesday and they have all you can eat "meat" for about $18. I didn't get that. I wouldn't be able to get my money's worth. The menu is huge and so many yummy sounding things. The note that all fried items are cooked in beef tallow. Wow. They also note that their ribs were, "judged America's best ribs at the National bar-b-Que convention cook-off in Memphis, Tennessee!" We were excited. My colleague ordered the all you can eat cause she wanted ribs. I had a 2 meat platter with brisket and ribs with two sides (salad and Mac and cheese). My mouth was watering for some food brisket. I must say I was very disappointed. The brisket was cut super thin and then appeared to be grilled to heat it up. Boy! It was very dried out. I could hardly eat it. The ribs were okay but I was expecting more. My colleague decided she was not going to have a second round of ribs and didn't finish the first ones. The salad was a salad and the Mac and cheese. . . I took to back to the hotel to eat later. The server asked how things were and we told him. He told me the cut and cook on the brisket depends on who's cooking it. Never heard that before. I had the Mac and cheese and the ribs the next day for dinner and boy! Those ribs tasted a lot better the next day and the Mac and cheese left me wanting more. If I'm in the area again I'll be back and hopefully have a better "meat" experience.

Music in the background repetitively said the N word and F word. My whole family felt very uncomfortable. If you have children or if you do not like to hear the N word repetitively I would recommend you avoid this place. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY.

We were initially told $15 per lane per hour in person, then they called me the next day to say the person quoted me wrong, and it's actually $20. After the event, I found I was charged $35. When I talked to the scheduler the next business day, she confirmed that their corporate rate is actually $34. Here's the part I don't get: Their regular open bowling on a Saturday is $20. I asked the scheduler what the benefit of reserving lanes would be if I'm going to be charged nearly twice as much. Her response was just a shrug. She said the pamphlet we were given at the time of booking was an "old" pamphlet with their "previous" pricing, and their "new" pamphlets have the actual price... Even for open bowling pricing, it's different everywhere I look. Their website says one thing, their Facebook page says another, and yet another at the location in person. It's unfortunate because we had a good time there and people want to schedule it again, but not if they are going to run me around on the price.
