This seems like a neat place to go when you are bored. The Arcade isn't too big, but definitely big enough to be entertaining for awhile. I am unsure how this compares to other arcades in the area but I would expect it's a nicer one. They also have laser tag and bowling. It's reasonably priced, easy parking. Chatted with some great people and the sheer size and square footage that this takes up is incredible! A food truck; a bar; a restaurant, an arcade, virtual reality, bowling, escape rooms, a casino... and I probably forgot something... this place has got everything! It's pretty expensive, but don't be super surprised, there are a ton of staff running around and that lease/mortgage must be insane!!! Food was okay, but again, expensive, and VR would have been considerably different if they had hired someone passionate about VR, not just collecting a paycheck. I would avoid this on the weekend and stick to a slower night here. I could not imagine that if there were a lot of people here I would have rated it as high, as it's just a lot of space to keep staffed and organized for flow of traffic. read more

The escape room is awful... there is barely a storyline and then you get the room and it's just a bad puzzle of clicking random things and then you hear something click and you don't even know what you did. The arcade is okay, every game costs at least $1, so be prepared for that. We didn't try the bowling, but I'd skip this place if I were you. read more

Do NOT come here for escape rooms. $30 a person isn't too bad for a good escape room. But that's not what I got. The place was run down and half of the clues were broken. When I asked for clues, we literally had to wait 5 minutes for a clue. Which might not seem like much, but when you're literally getting timed, it makes it quite frustrating. Especially when we had a correct clue, and the puzzle didn't progress due to it being broken. Go to puzzled escape rooms or any other escape room in fargo. Don't waste your money here! read more

This is not about the kingpinz it is about the restaurant inside. The 48 lounge did not cook 5 burgers as was requested. We ordered 4 burgers only one was cook as requested the other 3 were horrible. We sent back 2 of them and they were better but still pink when requested as well done. We sent them back and servers were great but god! These cooks just don't know how to do their job. read more

I booked online for my daughter's birthday party. We stopped in a few days before the reservation to check out the party rooms (decorating purposes) and they had no record of my reservation. The kid I was dealing with was not sure what to do so he called management. The Manager that came made several phone calls and after some finagling, they booked us in the Elite Suite. The package we booked included meals from the AXIS Tilt food stand, but the manager also allowed us to order from the full menu to be included in our package as an "I'm sorry we lost your resercation." A lot of places would have told us tough luck since they didn't require a deposit. I was super impressed with the professionalism by management and his determination to make us happy. The day of the party, there was alot of miscommunication and the escape room we booked as part of the party package was out of order. Management gave us vouchers for a free escape room, booked the kids for laser tag, and gave them each a $10 credit on their fun cards for the arcade. The package we ordered was pretty expensive by birthday party means, but they went above and beyond to make it worth it. read more

Went there last Saturday and we had a great time. There isn't many bowling lanes so make reservations before hand. It was clear and most of the games seemed to work when we went there. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the training of the staff. It's a pretty new place so I get there are going to be some hiccups so staff just needs a little more training in order to answer customers questions or concerns but they were very polite and checked up on their customers at the bowling alley. I would say give it a shot it's actually a pretty nice place. read more

Went to King Pinz and I asked the woman working the laser tag & escape room desk if we could do an escape room. The woman preceded to roll her eyes, let out a big sigh, give her coworker an annoyed look and told us they were booked for the night. No apology, no suggestion of what else we could do instead just pure annoyance. Felt very disrespected. She claimed we needed a reservation, yet I called earlier and they told me that they don't take reservations. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. read more

This place has bowling, arcade games and, escape rooms. The games are fun but a lot of them were out of order. Every game in the arcade was exactly a dollar. To play the games at the arcade you have to load money onto a game card then swipe the card each time you play one of the games. The thing to swipe your card on the games wasn't working well on most of the games. One of the games I swiped my card on just took a dollar off my card and didn't let me play the game and did the same thing to someone else. Their prizes for the tickets that you get sucked it was mostly just little suckers and candy. There was only one person working at the place to get your prizes and a lot of people waiting so it took a long time. I had also done one of their escape rooms you had to book it online before you did it. You also had to have a minimum of three people to do it I did the 30 minute room and you had to pay before you went in the room it was $25 per person. I had went with three other people. The escape room SUCKED the girl walked us back to the escape room with an iPad with clues to solve the puzzles and all she said was I recommend starting with puzzle 9 then handed us the iPad and left. Me and the others started with puzzle 9 like she said and the clues on the iPad didn't make any sense so we tried a different puzzle until we found one that we could figure out. Then once we solved the one puzzle nothing happened we were very confused but still tried all the other puzzles and none of them made sense either and the whole time we were in the room the was an annoying sound going off. We paid $100 to basically sit in a room for 30 minutes such a ripoff. I do NOT recommend this place at all they are way too overpriced. read more
