On each visit, I waited an excessive amount of time--up to ten minutes--just for someone to take my order in the drive-thru, even with only one car ahead of me and no customers inside. Today was especially disappointing. There were three teenagers working, with no visible management present. Two employees in the front were arguing about their responsibilities, while another stood in the back simply staring, with no effort made to acknowledge or assist me. At no point was I greeted or even spoken to. After waiting and receiving no service, I left. This level of disorganization and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. If this location continues to operate this way, it's hard to imagine it being successful long-term.
